Stevie's View is a very lovely brand new townhome perched up just one street (and an easy walk, near the STAIRS) from the downtown core. Big views of the waterfront, and downtown from the balcony and north-facing windows. Room for everyone with 4 full bedrooms/ 3.5 baths, plus a bonus/media room with a pullout. Contemporary, high end finishes throughout. Quartz counters, engineered hardwood, SS Bosch appliances & white oak cabinets. Maximized views with reverse floor plan and living/ kitchen on top floor to enjoy the views. Large garage will accommodate cars and toys. There are 4 floors with many stairs. No smoking. No pets. We had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to town and convenient to everything we needed, yet still felt relaxing and comfortable. The home itself was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed during our visit. It was clear that a lot of care went into preparing the space. We really enjoyed our long weekend here! The location is great for walking into town for food and shopping and the views of the river are great. The bed in the primary was very comfortable and that room also has great views. Would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely place to stay with nice amenities and quality products. The beds were incredibly comfortable!! We knew there were stairs, but it really was a lot to lug coolers/bags etc. up them. If you have somebody in your party with mobility issues, this would not be the place to stay
