NO STAIRS INSIDE OR OUT!

Welcome to Palms at Wailea 503, your beautifully remodeled sanctuary in paradise! This is a two-bedroom two-bathroom condo in the prestigious Wailea Resort area. One of only three condos at the Palms at Wailea complex with NO STAIRS inside or out, this condo overlooks an immense lawn sloping towards the west, with an ocean view beyond.

**As local owners we inspect and take care of any cleaning and maintenance between each stay to ensure your comfort.**

This year's ANNUAL POOL MAINTENANCE CLOSURE is scheduled for September 15-18, 2026 (the rate has been adjusted to account for the pool closure).

Palms at Wailea 503 comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Rest easy in the king-size bed of the master suite or opt for the twin-XL beds in the guest bedroom (convertible to a king).

Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals with ease in our newly remodeled, well-appointed kitchen, featuring modern Bosch appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware and utensils.

Private Lanai: Relax and unwind on your private 400 sq ft lanai, the perfect setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Resort Amenities: Enjoy the Palms at Wailea's sparkling swimming pool and hot tub, surrounded by landscaped gardens and swaying palm trees.

Entertainment: Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 65-inch internet-enabled TV.

Beach Gear: Take advantage of our provided beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and beach towels for a day of seaside fun and relaxation.

Please note that payment is securely processed by the property management software (OwnerRez) using Stripe, not directly through Vrbo. Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to review your reservation, sign the rental agreement, and submit your initial payment.

Such a comfortable condo. The host has been very thoughtful in making sure guests have what they need during their stay. We enjoyed the close reserved parking, the provided beach toys, the pool and hot tub, community bbq grills, comfortable bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. This condo made a great home base to return to every night. This was our first time staying on this end of the island and we plan to make it a tradition going forward.

Everything was perfect: the whole complex was very well kept, convenient location and this unit itself. There is a club house with a nice pool and a hot tub, everything well taken care of with lush greenery. The condo was spotless clean, kitchen very well equipped with new and good quality items and appliances. Living room and bedrooms nice and very comfortable. Big lanai with a box containing beach equipment. There was also an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and even hair straightener for our convenience. Big thank you to our host Cara!

Our family loved the condo. It's as beautiful as the pictures. We especially enjoyed the back patio and grill area. The location is not right on the beach but is a short drive to all the beaches in South Maui. Close enough to Kihei for stores and restaurants but outside of the busy city.This location will not disappoint.

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect. The location is great in that it is close to beaches, shopping and dining. The condo itself is in a quiet and relaxing location. The pool is beautiful. Perfect Wailea Condo

This Wailea Palms condo was the perfect second half of our 10 days in Maui. We were visiting Maui for a wedding and stayed at the (venue) resort for the first handful of days. That handfulld of days showed us how much more we would rather stay in a condo. Host was very kind and responsive and the well equiped and very clean condo was a gem. My 13 year old son and I stayed at this property for one week during spring break. It was perfect. The unit was clean and very well stocked with beach and kitchen supplies. Incredible stay

We stayed at this property with our two daughters. I can't rank this property highly enough. Absolutely everything was perfect. The unit is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. The location is incredible - an easy walk to coffee, shopping and restaurants. Great property

We loved our stay here. Cara was very hospitable and attentive. We loved the ground level condo. It was nice having a grassy area for our toddler to run around in It was clean And updated very nicely. We would definitely want to stay here again in the near future. we loved the location and it’s close proximity to the shops at Wailea and a lot of different restaurants. The nearest Speech was only a three minute drive and also could be walkable. Mahalo for the wonderful time at your place.

Absolute Perfection!

The property was perfect! It was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. It was close to the beautiful pool, restaurants and great area to walk as well. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked quite a few meals in the 7 days we were there - and it’s really easy when you have all that you need. The Lanai was lovely with plenty of room (a table as well as lounge chairs). The grounds are stunning and the entire environment is serene. Each bedroom had very comfortable beds and each a beautiful bathroom as well. I would love to stay there again!
