About this property

Beautiful Winter Park Townhouse- Downtown, Great Mtn Views, Private Hot Tub!

The 3-level townhome is 1,500 sq ft and is our personal family mountain home. We constantly are adding new things. Your experience will be better than our listing.

3 bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms in each. There is also a powder room on main level. The upper level master suites has a king bed, a 40' HD flat screen and a steam shower! The other upper level suite has a full over full bunk bed (can sleep 4 kids!). The lower level master has a queen bed and direct access to the hot tub outside on the back patio. The total townhome bedroom configuration can sleep 6-8 adults quite comfortably.

The main level living room offers a cozy gas fireplace, 40' flat screen with HD tv and DVD. The fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Sit on the front or back deck and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. Relish the views of the Continental Divide from the private 6-person hot tub.

The townhome has a heated garage for your car, skis and/or bikes. The entire townhome is heated with energy efficient radiant heat which keeps the carpet and slate tile floors toasty warm! Each level has its own thermostat control.

There is a free shuttle (Orange Line) which will take you to the ski slope during the day or will pick you up to and from downtown locations at night. For additional fitness needs, the Frasier Valley Metro Rec Center is open to the public and is less than a mile away (it offers child care, in-door running track, lane swimming, water slide, lazy river, free weights, machines, cardio, yoga studio, climbing wall, tumbling gym, and basketball court).

In the summer, Wolf Park is a short walk north on the trail and has a playground, grass fields, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. There is another new playground and skate park down the trail into town where we also have free music concerts all summer! Winter Park has world-class skiing (winter) and mountain biking (summer).

We had a great time at this property! Easy to take the shuttle to and from Winter Park resort for skiing, and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. Host was helpful and very responsive, would highly recommend this stay for a group of friends or family!!

Everything You Need for a Great Week of Skiing

Great property, extremely well appointed with everything you could need for a great week. Each bedroom having its own bathroom offers a mixed group plenty of privacy. The heated garage and hot tub are great amenities. This was our second year and we will be back again.

Spring Break 2025

We had a great visit to Winterpark during spring break. The townhome was perfect for our visit. Everything was just as expected. It was so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom and an extra bath on the main floor. We cooked breakfast and dinners and all our appliance and cooking needs were well met. Our kids and grandkids loved the hot tub. We definitely recommend this centrally located home.

Christmas ski vacation

Our family enjoyed a Family Christmas ski vacation in Winter Park. This condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room to spread out, a bathroom in each bedroom and a kitchen that is stocked very well are just a few of the things that made our stay so enjoyable. The location to the resort and having the option to use the shuttle if we desired to were very helpful as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy a Christmas we will remember forever.

Family ski trip

Are stay was great! It was easy to navigate to & from the Winter Park resort with the left busses. The house had everything we needed in the in kitchen & it was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom...our kid tends to take long baths so he could play. We would stay here again if we return to Winter Park!

Great Location in WP!

My family and I stayed in Tim's townhome for 3 nights and it was great! The location is walking distance to the main street in town (via a short trail), we made use of the nice park up the road, and access to the many trails nearby. If you didn't know about the train that runs through town, be aware of that. It didn't bother us much. Thanks!

This property is warm, friendly, and immaculate. It’s spacious and thoughtfully decorated. All four of us had just what we needed. It was great to have bathrooms of our own. Great Location to Enjoy Winter Park

My adult girls and I spent 4 days here in August 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, hot tub was perfect. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom--I loved the tile work! Our only "complaint" was that we would have loved to have been out on the 2 decks together, but there was not enough room as they were quite small and the hard chairs had no cushions. Obviously this is not an issue in the winter1 I would certainly recommend this condo to friends.

Everything you need for a great mountain vacation

What a wonderful townhome for a trip to Colorado! It was a perfect home base for trips to Rocky Mt National Park, Grand Lake, Steamboat Springs, Mt. Evans, and the summer activities at the ski hill. The home was beautiful--very well taken care of and clean. It had everything we needed and then some. The layout was great for our family of four. The teenagers had room to spread out and the kitchen, dining room and decks provided great gathering space. Having 3.5 bathrooms was a luxury! We loved the hotub. It was the perfect way to relax after long hikes, and a good spot to still be outside when it rained. Wolf Park is a short walk away and a lovely place to play tennis and volleyball, surrounded by beautiful views. The town of Winter Park has lots to offer for restaurants, bars and shops. Hideaway Park is fun for people watching and enjoying the outdoors. Tim was friendly, responsive to questions and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. We appreciate professional and welcoming owners like him! This was one of the best rental experiences we've had. Thank you!

We stayed/rented in this townhome complex many times over the years. We jumped at the opportunity to purchase a unit of our own.

What makes this property unique

We completely remodeled the townhome in 2014 to suit our desire to enjoy a gorgeous mountain home. Everything is brand new including the hot tub! We continually update our home to make it better and better.

The master upstairs has a HD TV with on-demand cable for when you just want to veg-out or watch a game. It also has a a steam shower! The master downstairs has private access to the hot tub. The mountain views from this unit are unobstructed and gorgeous!

The downtown location coupled with the free shuttle allows you to easily enjoy everything Winter Park has to offer. Whether you want to hit the mountain all day, work out at the Rec Ctr, see live music at Ullrs Tavern, shop downtown, or get a delicious meal at one of the many bars and restaurants.
