The space
This is a completely renovated from top to bottom single family home. The style of the house is modern luxury with all of the Salem charm. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook dinner. The bedrooms are all king or queen size memory foam beds with 4 pillows each for extreme comfort including the sleeper sofa in the living room (extra pillow top if you want to use it as well).

We do provide coffee for you, plenty of towels, pillows, iron & ironing board, and all the bathroom essentials, just bring your own toothbrush!

You are right next to downtown only a few minute walk to all the sights, restaurants, bars. If you are a Hocus Pocus fan the house is also only a 15 minute walk away if that is on your to-do list!

The living room has a sleeper sofa, a 55" smart tv with 100+ channels, and high speed 60 mb download wifi throughout the house.

The house is yours. This includes both the first floor, and second floor.
Other things to note
We are a 10 minute walk to the train if you would to take a trip to Boston for a day which is a 20 minute ride on the commuter rail. We can provide more information for you at your request.

Parking on the street is free. In the case of a snow ban during winter months there are public areas to park. During these times we cannot guarantee a space although these occurrences are infrequent.

***Please note*** during the month of October, Salem requires certain streets to have parking passes. We do our best to provide them but cannot guarantee them. There is additional meter/street parking at the bottom of our street should this be the case. We do not accept any liability if you are towed or ticketed.
