About this property

Modern Home one mile from beach

Our bright spacious home was built in 2018 and is a great place for spending family time together inside and out. Wooden floors throughout second and third floor. Beautiful patio, back deck with grill and seating, front porch for morning coffee. Mature landscaping and kitchen herb garden. Gorgeous master bedroom and tiled bath with soaking tub. Cherry mantle fireplace and 9' kitchen island makes a nice space for cooking and relaxing. Ground level mudroom next to shower for washing off from a day at the beach. Family room on ground floor with 55” tv, couch, queen bed. This is a great space if you need a workspace while visiting. Walking distance to Willard beach, restaurants, Mast Landing brewery, Scratch bakery. Electric car charger in garage powered from home solar. This is our year round home, so we exoect guests to treat it lovingly while visiting.
