With a newly renovate private fenced backyard, cozy firepit, and all the beach essentials included, this beachy, clean, well-equipped home is perfect for families, couples, friends, and anyone seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.

Guests love the unbeatable location—just a short walk to restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, bars and shops—plus the short 10-minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. Whether you're planning a weekend escape or a longer stay, this charming home makes the ideal home base.

Julie was great in communicating and provided great information about the area. The home had an abundance of amenities, many of which weren't able to use. Look forward to another, longer stay where we can enjoy the beach.

We booked this house very last minute. Everything could not be more perfect. Julie the host was super friendly and responsive from the booking to a basic question about the property when we arrived. The location was perfect and the house and property were spotless. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. Plenty of food options within an easy walk and many others a short beautiful drive away. Our pup settled in just as quickly as we did. Would highly recommend this rental and we are already planning our next booking here for next year.

Perfect Relaxing Beach Getaway

This adorable beach house has everything you could need and want for a peaceful, fun, vacation. It has all the conveniences of home only it is better because it is so close to the beach and restaurants you can walk to them. The host makes everything so easy and enjoyable. Great vacation home

This is our second stay at the Blue House in St. Augustine Beach. It is a very nice set up for a small family. It’s a very short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Definitely worth a return trip.

Charming and perfect location

Celebrating wifes birthday this home is perfectly decorated, spotless, and charming. The home has literally everything you could need for a beach weekend you wont need to bring any supplies. 5 minute walk to the beach.
