Oceanfront hem direkt på stranden med en mycket stor privat pool

Huset är det enda oceanfronthuset som sitter på en dubbelt parti på den icke-drivande delen av stranden. Byggdes 1936 omfamnar huset Saint Augustine och gamla Florida Charm. Huset är byggt av lokal Cypress trä och innehåller de ursprungliga våningarna. Huset har en TV i alla sina 4 sovrum (kabel och wifi), en gasgrill, fullt utrustat kök (inklusive diskmaskin), tvättmaskin och torktumlare, en stor pool och gott om parkering. Köket är fullt utrustat. Huset har sängkläder och handdukar också.

Fun family vacation

All 9 of us felt this vacation exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect. Our grandson loved having a park and splash pad nearby and the adults loved nightly walks for ice cream. The house has a fantastic pool area stocked with games and toys for all. Best of all, right on the beautiful beach!

Great oceanfront cottage!

Wonderful oceanfront cottage, everything as advertised and exactly what our group needed for a great long weekend getaway to St Augustine!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house has the BEST location on the beach and is a 10 minute drive to St. Augustine. The pool is awesome with lots of deck chairs and lounge chairs available.

Awesome location right on the beach.

Perfect FL cottage on the beach. Beautiful sunrises & the beach is quite entertaining but definitely family oriented. Blue Dolphin was a treasure. So glad we found it. Hoping to return again.

Memorable Family Trip with many things to do

We had a wonderful time at The Blue Dolphin. Brad is very responsive. The house is PERFECTLY located on the beach AND in walking distance to many fun shops. Everyone in our group were different age ranges and there was something for everyone. The pool is huge, clean, and relaxing. We were able to walk to the donut shop whuch had great bagels as well, ice cream store, the Wednesday farmers market, and the gift shop. Brad's home on Anastasia Island had so much to offer inside and out.

Our stay right on the beach was Awesome!!!

We were able to book this beautiful house at the last minute for my son's 16th birthday. The boys had a great time at the beach surfing most of the day then hanging out in the pool! This property had all the boxes checked for us. Plus the host Brad is Awesome and super helpful! We will be staying again!!

The perfect family beach vacation

This beach house was perfect in so many ways for our family. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking right out onto the beach and then returning to jump in the pool. In the evenings we walked to dinner and ice cream. We will definitely return !!!!!

Lovely Family Vacation

The property location was fabulous! The house is beautiful! The beach was perfect the pool was amazing and the area is surrounded by restaurants. We enjoyed this vacation immensely. The beds however leave MUCH to be desired. Out of three adults in 3 beds only one bed was tolerable (we all have back issues).

Cozy home by the ocean

The home is quite spacious, but it has a lovely cozy vibe. Lots of items for the beach and pool that we’ve always lugged on vacation, are provided by the owner (beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, pool toys, beach towels). This is the first time we were able to take our dogs on vacation with us, and we all loved the memories we were able to make. We definitely will rent again!

Great Family Beach Stay

Our family came from Michigan to St Augustine to get some warmth. Brads beach home did not disappoint! It was spacious enough for myself, husband and 3 little kids as well as my mom and brother who joined us. Not having to pack up beach toys, coolers, etc in the car was amazing it was just a few short steps to the beach. Brad was an outstanding host and we would certainly come back. Thank you, Brad!

Perfect getaway

This house was exactly as advertised...warm, cozy, and hearing the constant, crashing waves of the ocean at night while lying in bed, after a long exhausting day of lying on the beach with toes in the wonderful, warm sand, was the perfect end to each day. The beach and ocean is literally just over the sand dunes right behind the back yard - a stone's throw away. The totally unobstructed view of the ocean from the second floor balcony off the master bedroom is a million dollar view! It is best enjoyed with a cup of coffee each morning watching the sun rise over the ocean! The swimming pool is kept very clean and although the water was still a little chilly for February, I swam every inch of it and thought about how warm and lovely this water would be in another couple months!!! Located close to anything you want to do in Saint Augustine, this home is the perfect getaway!

Brad är värd

I purchased the house 25 years ago, with hopes that someday I will retire in Saint Augustine (my favorites city in the country). My family tries to spend as much time at Blue dolphin as we can, when the house is not rented. I enjoy relaxing at the beach, eating at Beach Comber or Salt Life (both walking distance along the beach) and riding my bike along the beach to explore. And I should not forget boogie boarding (there are always great waves).

This house was made for families. The pool the beach and the charm of a unique beach house built in 1936. There are guests that have stayed at blue dolphin when they were very young and remember the great times. Most guests include grandchildren, children and grandparent.
