Highly recommend this property! It was exactly as listed, clean and everything you would need for a trip to Nantucket. Plenty of space for our family and our dog loved the back yard. Sally was such a helpful host, friendly and providing us recommendations of her favorite places on the island. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at Sally’s home! She was very communicative and generous throughout our entire long weekend stay with my group of friends. It was a perfect apartment above the garage that was cleanly and had everything we needed for a great beach weekend. The location was close to town and very close to Surfside beach. We hope to come back and stay again!

This was a delightful apartment on a magical island. The house was furnished with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well appointed to make this chef very happy preparing meals. Thank you for providing cookware that was more than just functional. The yard was perfect for our dogs. We can’t wait to return and stay with you again.

Great Quiet Stay

Great time at the apartment. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Plenty of space in the yard to play with children or a dog. Master bedroom very comfotable and the right amount of space overall for a small family. Location to beaches, food, etc. was also great.

Cozy Retreat

Perfect place for our holiday visit to Nantucket. The unit was just right for the three adults and we had everything we needed. Great location near the state forest and bike path. Very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend having a car to get around the island. Sally was a pleasure to deal with.

We were very happy with our long term stay. The living space is very well equipped and newly renovated. The location is secluded and beautiful. The homeowner couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

Great stay and wonderful people!

I booked this rental very last minute due to my dog needing extra care and having to bring her with me. I could not have been more happy with my long weekend. The property was clean, centrally located and as described in the listing. The yard was enormous and perfect for my small dog. Very cute deck with a pretty floral window box and the kitchen had everything you would need. The apartment is above the garage and the garage is separated from the main house so it feels like it's own property with nice privacy. Overall it was a pleasure to stay there. The owners were so wonderful and accommodating and you could not find nicer people!! I highly recommend staying here!!

I have been on Nantucket since 1988. I love the island for many reasons! There’s always a beach to go to that is quiet and secluded. I love to picnic on the beach in the summertime or fall. I love to go scalloping, clamming, biking on the many bike tails. Whether it be through the Moors, or on the mini bike paths throughout the island. I also love taking long walks on the beach or at Sanford Farm. My family, we are all surfers. Whether it be paddle boarding or surfing. I really love where we live! It’s quiet, secluded, and only 2 miles from town! And 1 mile or less to some of the local beaches. I feel lucky to live in the middle of the woods with the Boy Scouts in my backyard and a 18 hole frisbee golf course across the street.

It’s a super quiet safe neighborhood. Everyone knows each other and everyone is super friendly! Although you will rarely see your neighbors around. It’s very quiet and secluded!

The cottage is located on 2 acres. It’s up on the second floor overlooking the state forest and a very large yard. The trees and privet separate the cottage from the main house.
