Waterfront House on the Colorado River

Welcome to our Beautiful Oasis. Waterfront villa right on the Colorado River with a private dock! Our five large bedrooms, five bath home sleeps 10-12 comfortably. Both decks make you feel like you're at a private resort with direct access to the river and views of the desert. The master is truly beautiful with a private terrace overlooking the water!

You'll enter the home noticing the high ceilings and large great room with unobstructed views of the water. Once in the great room, the kitchen is the perfect space to feel part of the conversation while cooking a meal. Downstairs is one bedroom, which is handicap assessable as well as a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs will be four bedrooms with two of them sharing a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom. The third bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom. The oversized master suite has it all! It has a his and her bathrooms with a soaking tub (overlooking the river) on the woman's side and a shower on the men's side. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV to watch your favorite streaming apps on.
The AMAZING Colorado River has stunning sunsets which can be seen from the entire great room, the master bedroom, or from the covered deck while barbecuing. We also have a pool table, foosball table, and lots of board games for the whole family.

The dining room table has a full-size pool table underneath. Washer and dryer on both floors. Outdoor parking for 4 cars is available at no additional cost. House is close to Laughlin, which offers casinos, concert venues, restaurants, a movie theatre, and a bowling alley. Very close to grocery stores, shopping, and several golf courses. Includes linens, towels, pots/pans, plates/bowls, silverware, and utensils. Wi-Fi, central A/C and heating, cable tv in master and living room, contactless check-in, exterior security cameras.
