Welcome to Crescent Coral, a beautifully remodeled beach casita designed for a relaxing island getaway. Enjoy stylish coastal décor, updated bathrooms, comfortable living spaces, and TVs throughout. Step outside to ample seating, direct pool access, and lush tropical landscaping. Just a short walk to the beach or to the Crescent Village for shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Crescent Coral is the perfect retreat for family and friends.

The Location:
- 0.2 Miles to entrance of Public Beach Access #13

Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Tiny little things could make it even better. Beds were really hard, even a pillowtop could help here. And the main shower could use a shelf to put soap and shampoo, there's no place to put it. Smelled a little musty as well Again, super nitpicky items because overall we really enjoyed our stay. Beach was a 5 min walk, pool was nice. Didn't like all the construction next door, but not much you can do about that.

Lovely Beach Visit

Lovely property and home. Fit five of us comfortably. The backyard was a nice oasis. Highly recommend!

Great location - very private

Very nice property. Love how secluded the backyard is. Very nice pool and water was warm enough to swim in. Was really disappointed that there were no chair cushions for the outside furniture even though we were told they were in the laundry area. The furniture is too hard to sit on without them. They need more instructions on getting the TVs to work. Bedroom ones never worked. Also the master bathroom toilet wasn't working at full capacity. We had to keep taking the back cover off to get it to refill. Livingroom furniture was really stained up too. They got a new couch on the day we checked out. Overall I would stay here again.
