This amazing top floor, two-level condo is located in the hotel zone on the golf course, and only a short walk to the beach. The balconies overlook the cactus garden, and Vidanta #4, a par 3. The walk to downtown is approx 15 minutes. Major grocery store is within walking distance, also restaurants and bars. This truly is the best location in San Jose. Gas BBQ included.

Beautiful condo in quite neighborhood

Great place in San Jose del Cabo right in the Zona Hotelera area. There is a beach across the street behind the strip of hotels (about a 5-10 minute walk). There are a bunch of restaurants within walking distant, but they are all touristy and pricey. There are plenty more restaurants within a short drive, as well as several grocery stores nearby. The house is in a very safe, gated neighborhood. There were always friendly neighbors and guests lounging by the pool/hot tub. The house was pretty clean, stocked with towels and extra sheets. We kept the doors open most of the time while we were home because there was always a nice breeze. There are 3 bathrooms with toilets and showers (no tubs). The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything. We cooked quite a bit while we were there and didn't have any issues. Dave was always quick to respond, as well as his property manager, Carlos. We definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Dave!
