This gated community features a heated pool, fitness center, sauna and huge clubhouse with many planned social activities. Take a morning stroll on the walking path around the 5 acre spring fed lake, stocked for fishing. Just minutes from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping (walking distance to Fresh Market)!
Spacious open living area with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an extra room for reading or relaxing, modern fully stocked kitchen, wet bar, large pantry, 1 car garage and a screened Lanai with a Lakefront view – all on the ground floor. Stocked linen closet with towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, HD cable & 55" UHD 4K smart TV.
We are very close to Palma Sola Bay, Robinson Preserve, Neal Preserve (enjoyable to bike through ), DeSoto National Memorial Park, GT Bray Recreation Center, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Hidden Lake of Manatee HOA requires a minimum 30-day rental.
