This area features a picnic table where you can enjoy your meals alfresco with beautiful water views as your backdrop, a firepit, and a dock where you can swim and fish to your heart's content. An extensive deck and a screened porch are also available.

Discover a recently updated interior with beautiful wood tile floors throughout the open floor plan, which seamlessly combines the living, dining, kitchen, and hallway area. The welcoming living area enjoys exposed wood beams, ample windows, and cozy furniture. The open kitchen is a chef's playground with all-new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Put on the chef's apron and prepare culinary masterpieces for your group that you can enjoy either at the indoor dining table or by the water. This splendid retreat features a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer and an additional fridge for extra storage. The magnificent primary suite has direct access to the deck, a TV, and an oversized en suite bath with a walk-in shower with double shower heads, a jetted tub in the corner, and double vanity.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: Guests can swim or fish off of. The key to wet steps is hanging by oven on key rack. Boat slips are not available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
