The location is very central, and the unit was clean (no bugs!) and spacious. The host was friendly and responsive all the time. Everything was clear, and check in was easy. There was a basket with snacks, bottled water and brochures about what to do in the area/surrounding area which were super helpful! We really enjoyed our stay!

I want to give a fair rating while pointing some things I would have hoped I knew before I booked. First, the place was clean and the host was great. The check in process was easy which is a big plus. The condo was a bit outdated and looked like the outside needed maintenance. There is a lovely looking golf course across the street, (not part of the condo) as well as a cemetery view right next door. The mountain views are spectacular from the balcony, but the noise of the street outside hinder the peaceful relaxation that is expected when going to TN. There's no lobby entrance, but there is an outside elevator for convenience reaching the 3rd floor. If you want to be near Dollywood, this is a great option as it is literally 5 minutes away. Location is great to if you want to be minutes away the retail areas and the Island. Overall, it was a good experience, just would have liked to stay at a place with more amenities, preferably cabin like to enjoy the peaceful nature of what TN is known for. Although the condo was spacious, families with children will miss the amenities that goes with their vacation. The fact that I did not do ample research beforehand, does not discredit the condo as such, hence the good rating. Everything that was a con, was not something the host could control.

Excellent stay for an excellent price!

We had to book last minute due to a hurricane hitting Florida where we were originally supposed to go. Owner’s communication was excellent, check in was a breeze, and the condo was very clean and cozy. The location as well was very peaceful and offered a beautiful Mountain View. We would absolutely consider using this VRBO again in the future!

Larry was very quick to respond on issues we had. He had issues corrected quickly. Very spacious condo. The pans definitely need replacing. The location is perfect. Also the carpets were pretty dirty, a good cleaning would help. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, but all in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.
