Great family getaway!

Excellent location! This adorable rental is right across the street from the beach and near several locations to eat. It was an easy drive into Camden to visit family and to Belfast for more restaurant options. It was clean with easy check in and excellent owner communication.

This adorable cottage was supplied with everything you could ask for in the kitchen. The location provided a perfect sunrise and lovely sunset. My husband enjoyed watching the activity at the ferry. The friendly atmosphere of the Lincolnville, area made us feel welcome.

We absolutely loved your house located right across from Lincolnville Beach. The views are amazing and everything was very clean. Just wish we had booked it for a little longer. Neighbors are super friendly and very informative about the area. Thank you for an amazing stay❤️

Everything was wonderful. Our only problem was navigating the tv. We wanted to watch the baseball playoffs and the channels (Fox sports) wanted us to sign in. The news channel was fine.

Lincolnville Cottage

Awesome weather, accommodations, and views Great beach and close, but the fact its right on Hwy 1 there was a lot of traffic trucks, cars, motorcycles a bit to noisy, also walking distance to 3 very good restaurants and the blueberry muffins at the market next door were to die for. lots of spirts if your into that so over-all a Great Place.

Very clean & well organized. Basic kitchen items available and ready for use. Refrigerator was spotless. Bathroom sink very small, but functional. Check in was uneventful with detailed instructions provided. Only negative comments lots of road noise!

What an incredible experience staying in this charming nautical retreat! The house was even more beautiful than the photos and felt like a true home away from home. Our 3-year-old grandson loved it too, and having the beach just a short walk away was the perfect way to unwind after busy days.The host was amazing, and the accommodations exceeded all expectations—thoughtful touches like fun games, children's books and coffees/teas made our stay even more special. After a long day of delayed flights, arriving at 1:30 AM to this cozy, welcoming home was such a relief.This was our first trip to Maine, and we’re already planning to come back next year—rebooking this gem if we can. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

Our family of four stay here while visiting family in the area for a long weekend, and we LOVED our stay here. The location is perfect, right on the beach with several excellent restaurants/food options right there within walking distance, and we had the best beach day on our first full day. Krista was so pleasant, clear and welcoming in all communications. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and lovely with beautiful views of the beach. The loft was our two small children’s favorite spot to hang during downtown, and there was plenty of space for us all to relax. We are already looking into returning for a full week here! The unit is very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen (pots, utensils, etc). Bed and futon were very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Very convenient to shops, food, ferry, beach. Very good communication with hosts.
