Our home features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths with a heated pool (extra charge/pool reaches ~82-84 degrees with heat) upon request, built-in gas bbq, gas fire pit, large patio, super fast high-speed internet (100 Mbps +) and plenty of entertaining space. Our house is perfect for large groups.

​​​​​​​Our home is fully furnished and has everything you will need to have an amazing stay (linens, towels, cooking items, etc) Guests have full use of the outdoor pool area, multiple sitting, lounge, and dining areas. Brand new modern renovation and design!

KITCHEN: Our kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with pub seating. There is a Keurig K Cup coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, stove, and oven for you to use. It is fully stocked with dishes (formal and plastic), pots and pans, cups, coffee mugs, flatware, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, champagne glasses.

LIVING & DINING ROOM: We wanted to create a space where everyone would want to gather, whether it is at the spacious dining table or the cozy seating around the 60" TV for watching sports, TV, or movies.

Master Bedroom #1: Features a king bed, 48-inch flat screen TV, mirrored closet doors with plenty of closet space, and a rain shower head in the bath.

Master Bedroom #2: Features a queen bed, 48-inch flat screen TV, dual vanities In the bathroom, and a rain shower head in the bath.

Guest Bedroom #1: Features 2 bunk beds, and mirrored closet doors with plenty of closet space.

Guest Bedroom #2: Features built-in bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin-up top. This room also features a queen bed. And a 42-inch flat screen TV.

Guest Bathroom #1: full bath with tub shower and glass door. dual vanities.

Guest Bathroom #2: full bath with dual shower heads and glass door.

PATIO & POOL: The backyard features a pool that can be heated ($100 per day charge) with at least 2-day advance notice and minimum 3 days required.. *Please note: pool reaches ~84-86 degrees with heat* A large outdoor dining table that can seat up to 12. 4 chaise lounge chairs. A built-in gas fire pit and built-in bbq. The backyard also has games including cornhole that can be played.

LAUNDRY: Featuring a new LG washer and dryer. Detergent Pods. Ironing board.
