Escape to our modern 3-BR Park City condo, just a short walk from the ski lifts! Perfect for up to 10 guests, this retreat features a private hot tub, cozy fireplace, and stunning mountain views. Enjoy the ultimate mountain getaway with luxury amenities and an unbeatable location at the heart of the action. Our living area has plenty of seating for the whole family. Enjoy a heated kitchen, entry and bathroom floor. We offer a private ski locker on the ground floor. Plus enjoy our one car garage.

Step inside and feel right at home in this cozy and luxurious retreat. The main living area invites you to relax on a large leather sofa in the warm glow of the gas fireplace, while the modern, fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large granite island perfect for gathering.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, taking in the exquisite views of the resort, town, and surrounding mountains. The condo comfortably sleeps 10 guests across three private bedrooms:

- Master Bedroom: A spacious room with an ensuite full bathroom and direct access to a private patio.
- Second Bedroom: A comfortable room with a queen-sized bed.
- Third Bedroom: Perfect for families or groups, this room features two sets of full-sized bunk beds and its own bathroom, featuring a bathtub.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay. This includes:

Great Condo in a great spot

Short walk to the slopes where you can ski down to the lifts, you can avoid having to walk back up at the end of the day by skiing “CB’s Run” at the top of Eagle (Also accessible via King Con).Not so convenient to downtown PC but as a family, that’s not what we were looking for so it worked great for us.

Our 6-man crew had a great stay. Proximity to the slopes is awesome, there are plenty of beds for 6, and the unit is well appointed for meals at home. Quiet neighborhood, very close to the Resort Center. Can't wait to go back.

Nice place right on the side of the mountain, short walk to the slopes. The dining room chairs are rickety and need to replaced. Other than that a great place for winter activities.

Great family trip to Park City!

We had a great family ski vacation to Park City. The house was very clean, close to the slopes and was the perfect size for our family. The living room was very cozy and made for perfect movie-watching at night after a busy day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room area was great. The hot tub was enjoyed as well!

We recently stayed at the condo with a total of 8 people. It has the right amount of space to stretch out after a long day on the mountain. It's closeness to the slopes is perfect, closeness to downtown made for lots of fun. We appreciated the hot tub and the beds. 3 BR condo in close walking distance to slopes

This is a very nice condo a short walk away from the Park City Resort base area. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the condo layout worked very well for us, a grandparent, two parents and two children. It was very nice to have access to a garage for our car. The hot tub was a great addition, enjoyed daily by all of us. Patrick, the manager of the property, was quite professional and responded quickly to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet,Clean ,Spacious, w/ short walk

The unit was bright and the space was much roomier than the other 3bedrooms we’ve stayed at in park city . Three full bathrooms is a plus!. It was quiet. We didn’t need a car. We enjoyed the hot tub. I REALlY appreciated that they provided soap, detergent , toilet paper & paper towels , spices etc! A blender & skillet would’ve made cooking easier. I did not find a broom or I would’ve swept kitchen,sorry! Others might want more than one tv but we were there just to ski. They also were kind enough to return our watch we left behind .We would definitely stay here again!!

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because of the skiing and the fact that it is so close to the airport. I don't have to worry about a long drive after a lot of travel and hassle. Who wants to get stressed out before they go skiing? And the skiing--there are a huge variety of runs all over the area. Plus, the very hills that make skiing so much fun during the winter make mountain biking fun as well. There's a ton of shopping and every recreational experience is available either in Park City or in Salt Lake City!!! There is so much fun available because of its central location.

What makes this property unique

Did I mention skiing? All the reasons I bought this are the unique benefits you'll find at my property. My windows have a view and the skiing is tremendous and close. My condo has a washer and dryer for any wet clothes, a full kitchen for large, hot, hearty meals, a wood-burning fireplace for cozying up, a hot-tub for soaking away the fun of the day......I love how everything I could want to do is within arm's reach!!
