The Space:

The apartment features 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 double beds.

Getting Around:
In Honolulu and in Waikiki you can get around by shuttle, taxi, ride-share (such as Uber | Lyft) or public transportation. Many attractions located near the space can be reached by bike or by walking.

Rental cars are in high demand, so please plan ahead in order to secure a reservation prior to arrival. Major rental companies are available inside the Honolulu Airport (HNL).

If you are taking trips to other islands during your stay, transportation options may vary.

Other Things to Note:
No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed in the space, and the sofa bed can be used as an additional bed. Please remove your shoes when entering the home. No pets are allowed in the space, and no smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the premises.

Paid parking is available on premise for daily and hourly rates. While you are in a safe area, please be sure to monitor your belongings and lock your vehicle as a precaution. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels. Due to the convenient central location of the space, some noise from the street, music, pool, or restaurant patio areas is possible from the surrounding area. Noise levels are typically minimal. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm - 7:00am.

Nearby are two large grocery stores (WalMart & Target) where you can pick up food, beach, and toiletry essentials.

During your stay, should anything become broken or damaged, please notify the host immediately so that repairs and reporting can be done in a timely manner. Unreported damages may result in a $200 fee and being reported to AirBNB.

LAUNDRY:
In building laundry room is available on the 8th floor. It conveniently takes credit cards or an app.

BUILDING STUFF:
No smoking (or vaping) is allowed in the apartment or on the balcony. Sadly, there is a $250 fine for smoking.
Do not hang items on the balcony rails as the building as the building will send us fine and citation. There is a $250 fine.

NOISE:
Due to the central location of the space, some noise from the street is possible from the surrounding area. However, noise levels are typically minimal. I've not had any complaints but if you're a really light sleeper, maybe earplugs just in case.

The AC units in the building are all similar and not 100% noiseless. If you're sensitive to any noise, you may want to consider other options.

CLEANING + EXTRA:
The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. You don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go, we got it covered! We really want you to really enjoy yourself and not worry about cleaning up for us.

If you'd like additional towels and/or a bed linen change during your stay, we do offer these services at an additional cost. Let us know and we will be happy to accommodate!

MAIL:
I can't guarantee that packages can be sent to the unit. I often don't have the mailbox key. If you're getting packages from Amazon, I recommend you get it sent to a nearby pickup.

Interaction with Guests:
I live on island and only about 5mins away. If I'm not around, I have staff that's usually around and we can help you out if you need anything!
We take our guests' comfort seriously and feel like there's nothing we can't solve or make better. JUST ASK!
It's easy to get a hold of me via airbnb app or text, as I'm physically attached to my phone at the hip (not healthy lol). I don't answer my phone when I'm sleeping but I have staff that can pick up my slack. :)
