Additionally, the clubhouse offers formal dining, a fun bar area, and outside patio dining. The tennis courts also function as pickleball courts. Our condo features the style of the 60s with modern conveniences such as a gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, wireless internet, private courtyard entry with front and rear patios, and Nest-controlled air conditioning and heating. With an open floor plan, a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and a wet bar, two sitting areas, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and loads of closets, this condo is both special and stylish and Includes some vintage furniture by Knoll and Platner. Beautiful SevenLakes

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely condo in Seven Lakes golf and country club. The location is perfect right on the southern edge of Palm Springs, close to everything. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the clubhouse serves delicious food. All staff that I dealt with here were super friendly. Hosts Kathy and Claude could not have been nicer and were always quick to respond to questions etc.

Stunning

We enjoyed our stay very much. Stunning home on gorgeous grounds. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom made it the perfect relaxing environment. The pool is wonderful and close enough for ease of use but far enough away that you don't see or hear anyone using the pool. The views from the pool are breathtaking. Owners couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful and got back to me immediately when I needed to ask a question. Kitchen has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Terrific bathrooms with great towels and super comfy bed in the master - the only bedroom we used. The large patio was my sanctuary in the cooler mornings -- such a special place. Vons - the nearest grocery store is walkable but a car or bike is recommended. The shopping center it's in has a good pet supply store with premium products, a super friendly print/ship business, a few nail salons and a dry cleaner. I'd ride my rented bike to Trader Joe's every other morning along a lovely city-maintained bike path and it only took about 15 minutes. The landscaping along the bike path was very pretty and mostly in the shade. The landscaping at 7 Lakes is beautiful too. Downloaded the app PICTURE THIS so we could identify all the different cacti and flowers we'd see while walking Zoe, our small dog. Highly recommend this home. Truly paradise.

Seven Lakes Paradise

We really loved Kathy's condo and our three month stay there. The condo is beautifully appointed and has all the amenities. We particularly enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows and sliders, the open kitchen, and the lovely patio. It is one of the few in the complex that is not right on the golf course, which we felt gave us some extra privacy (not that privacy is a big issue in Seven Lakes). It's located the ideal distance from the pool and spa--a very short walk, but not right next door. The pool didn't actually get used that much and we were almost the only ones to use the spa. Kathy was a wonderful hostess. She met us at the condo when we arrived and showed us around the place. She was very good about communicating with us and sharing information she received from the condo association. Our stay was so good that we never had to contact her with any issues, but she did check in from time to time to see how we were doing, and I have no doubt she would have been on top of any problems we might have had.

Palm Springs Delight

What a great property. My husband and I came to Palm Springs for a month in Oct/Nov. We love this city and we came here to look for a second home. The owners, Kathy and Claude, met us at the condo when we arrived to show us around the place. It was just beautiful. They gave us a list of restaurants and shops to try. The property is in a great location, between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Would we come back again? Oh Yeah. We had one of the best trips anywhere.

I work as a real estate agent in Beverly Hills and my husband is in the world of media and online advertising. We both love mid century homes and design and are avid collectors - Our desert property is very modern and "zen" and relaxing..while our Santa Monica home much more of an antique collector's home..so we get the best of both worlds. I lived in England for over 10 years and have a special feeling for the British! as well as European culture...Love the sun and hiking and swimming..and just reading by the pool.
There is so much to do in Palm Springs..world class restaurants,
Parker Hotel and Spa is practically next door, and lots of great shopping..as well as the Palm Springs Airport...so very convenient location for Palm Springs as well as Palm Desert and the famous El Paseo shopping.

Why they chose this property

It is close to Los Angeles and we can drive there...also thought we may want to live in Palm Springs some day...

What makes this property unique

I love to walk around the complex with Violet, go swimming, and someday will learn golf. Also love to go to Norma's at The Parker Hotel for breakfast, and have a spa treatment at their fabulous spa.
Shopping is minutes away..and I can even go looking for mid century modern items..although don't want to " Clutter up the Condo!" Old Palm Springs is very close and we like to dine there at Spencers Restaurant! and 849 amongst other fab restaurants. If you like to gamble, you can find gambling close by as well..I'm not a gambler...
The consignments shops are interesting and have very good buys on fine jewelry.
There is a good one minutes away.
Our favorite mexican restaurant is Armandos in Palm Desert! and Tommy Bahama's store and restaurant are great too. Lots of choices..too many to list here...
