Located on a marina property on the Patapsco River, you will have access to resort amenities including the sand beach, pool (closed on Tuesdays), and kids playground. This one-bedroom apartment has all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, a full bathroom and sleeping accommodations for up to six people.

*Leave both thermostats at 70° before you depart. You may change the temperature during your stay. *Take the used sheets and pillowcases off the bed(s) and leave on the loft floor

*Take the used towels (including kitchen dish towel) and leave them on the bathroom floor *Turn off all lights and appliances *Wash all dirty dishes

*Clean out the empty Keurig pods from coffee maker and empty the water from the side storage *Close and lock all windows *PLEASE DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH IN THE GREEN DUMPSTERS
