We stayed at Baloo Cabin while taking a small family trip to the snow. The place was easy to find, Good location, Quiet, comfortable and roomy in size. There were a good number of updates (bathrooms, windows were all nice double-paned, coverings/blinds on lower level all worked great and provided sufficient privacy) and the TV and WiFi were easy to used and got us through a fun little movie night with our kids. We unfortunately ran into some issues of cleanliness during our stay that we weren't sure if it related specifically to the cleaning service or not. The place was covered in dog fur, smelled heavily of wet dog and the towels provided were stained and smelled of urine among a couple additional smaller issues (not sure the lower level bedroom was check or cleaned at all, extremely expired food left behind). We brought the issue to management though and feel it was handled well. They reimbursed us some for the trouble assuring us this was not in line with the usual. Overall our stay was pretty comfortable and our family felt safe in the neighborhood and close to activities.
