Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach. Este amplio 2 dormitorios, 2 baños villa es 1000 sq. Ft. Tiene una gran sala de estar, comedor, cocina completa, todos los electrodomésticos, terraza seleccionados, Aire acondicionado central / calor, 3 televisores, estacionamiento cubierto, acceso a internet wi-fi en la unidad! La unidad cuenta con una cama king size, 2 camas individuales. La villa se encuentra a sólo pasos de agua turquesa del Golfo de México. Las puestas de sol son fantásticas. Este complejo muy bien cuidado y se encuentra en la parte más ancha de la Media Luna Beach. El complejo cuenta con 2 cabañas de playa, sillas de playa y un pintoresco patio frente a la playa. El complejo también cuenta con una gran piscina y una sala de juegos. Hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, galerías, golf, pesca, paseos en bote en el área. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island están a una hora y Disney 2 1/2. Venga a visitar la isla House y hagamos de sus vacaciones una memorable !!

RED TIDE!!!!!

The property was located awesome, because of the red tide we couldn't do much other than to cook and stay indoors because of the smell was horrific, but we couldn't over see how much of the dirt accumulated on the floors and over all was not to clean when we got there, If it wasn't for Juan, which let me tell you a very good man and hard worker, to the rest of the crew not nice at all very arrogant and not nice. you ask them a Question and the answer was very blunt.... when to the office to ask for something and the guy was to busy in the computer he did not lift his face to even look at me to answer....Not Good Manners

Thank you for the comments. If you had a issue with cleaning, you should have notified us as we have staff here all day. I will say that you rented a villa that was supposed to have a maximum occupancy of 4. You had at least 10!. Floors will get dirty with that many people walking in and out of the unit. You also are permitted 2 car passes and you had 3. I think the reason you are saying we did not have good manners was because we confronted you on the issue of the number of people and cars. Also, upon your departure, the living room blinds were broke so bad we had to replace the whole track. If you plan to return, you will need to follow Island House rules on number of people, cars, etc. Thank you, Scott Holland Office Manager

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week and it was clean and had everything we needed as far as utensils, pots and pans and glassware. Only issue was the refrigerator was leaking water from somewhere periodically during the week so we threw a towel down when it leaked. I didn’t notify office till we left cause we just wiped it up
