The entire condo is available for guest access.
Guests can use the community ammenities including pool, beach access, and tennis courts.
Note that pool and beach access is open between 10am-10pm daily.

This community is nestled along A1A and the coastline. The closest shops and stores are about a 10-15 minute drive away.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

If the close pool is closed for maintenence, etc., guests will have access to the other community pool unless otherwise notified.

Guests are required to authorize a refundable security deposit upon check-in. If no damage occurs, the deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of check-out.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon booking. This includes the property rules and regulations.

Slice of Heaven

This place is absolutely WONDERFUL! We WILL be staying there again. We were a little upset when we got this place bc it wasnt "OCEANVIEW"... when we got to the property, all the "upsetness" went away. Trust me on this... Book this property. You will not be sorry.

Tired and worn

I enjoy a vintage ,older home as much as the next person. Being of a certain age, it can make one feel nostalgic for the good ol’ days. However, poor maintenance is not part of the allure. The bathroom toilet did not flush properly. The sink in the other bathroom filled with water and never drained. There was rust around the drain of the shower and around fixtures. The couches in the living room were stained and worn looking. Even the remote control was sticky with wear. The headboard squeaked and was the poorly attached. There were no additional blankets that we saw, so had to take the throw from the living room to keep warm. I am really sorry that this was such a bad review, as the location was ideal and the property seemed well- maintained.

Impressive!

This property lived up to our expectation. Right on the beach and 10 ft away from the pool. It did have 3-4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach toys available. No hair dryer or iron! Overall very impressive. They messaged back very quickly. About 20-25 minute drive to downtown St.Augustine. The couch is notably the most comfortable thing ever.

A wonderful Stay

Though a little dated, the condo offered easy parking, comfortable furniture, a first floor in and out to the pool and beach walkway literally right outside the door. It was great that there was a bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap, enough toilet paper and paper towel, ziplocks and laundry detergent so I didn’t have to buy these things. The host communicated often and made sure my stay was enjoyable. Thank you Holland for a wonderful get a way. I will be back!
