Relaxation awaits you at 37 Fountain Drive West 2B in the exclusive Sunset Island Community on 67th Street! This beautiful 3-BR, 2-BA condo is an easy walk to the Beach and Sunset Island’s private Bay beaches and 2 Pools, Interactive Splash Fountains, on-site restaurant, and Fitness Center. This open floorplan features a fully equipped kitchen & 4 Smart televisions. 

The Master Bedroom provides a King bed, & private full bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a Twin over Full bunk bed. A Queen sleep sofa is provided in the Living Room. A full bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have hair dryers as well.

Travel lighter with our Free Linen & Towel Package which is included Free & delivered on arrival day.  Also, a Beach Cart & 4 Beach Chairs are available for use during your stay.  An outside shower is found at the building to rinse off those sandy toes. Bring your sunscreen...sun & fun are waiting for you!

Sunset Island Registration Fee:  This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 2 parking passes**.  No passes are needed for ages 3 & under.  **Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.  

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

~ Bag up Linens & Towels that were delivered for your stay and place inside near front door, Do Not include any other items that belong to the property owner
~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes...you can leave them in unit and we will return them to the office. ~ Have a safe trip home!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated, with stylish, comfortable furnishings throughout. There was plenty of space for five adults to relax without feeling crowded. It was a lovely place to come back to after a day at the beach, and we would happily stay here again!

The condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean and the furniture and beds were well kept. It had a well stocked kitchen and the free linens package was great! The check in process was great and we loved that we had access to the garage storage for beach stuff. The host also supplied a great beach wagon and chairs along with other beach toys. I would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the host was quick and easy! Made reservations, arrival and departure very convenient!Unit was spotless and exactly as described. We weren’t expecting such a large TV in the main room, so that was a huge plus (literally!)The added beach chairs and wagons were also extremely helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend.We’ve been to Sunset Island 4 times now and this unit definitely has 1sr place.Thank you for an amazing stay!

Lovely unit! We stay in this community every year for a big, extended family vacation. We rent various townhomes and condos. The community is top tier for family vacations, especially for littles. This unit was very comfortable. Everything is so thoughtfully done. Providing fresh linens and towels, comfortable furniture and bedding, light sensor electrical outlets, and communication was excellent. The parking spot in the garage is a little tight if you drive a larger vehicle, but parking on the shells is super easy. You have options. The beach closet is well stocked with beach chairs and toys. Just be mindful that the unit is all tile, with two rugs. Which is fantastic for sand cleanup, but does not absorb a lot of noise. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

Best location, Best condo!

As always a best community in OC! This unit was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Stevi was excellent to communicate with and I would highly recommend staying at one of her rentals!
