Small studio in the rear of an oceanfront estate on 1.7 acres on the Atlantic Ocean with access to a 1200 square foot oceanfront pool. The unit is very bright and airy with windows on three sides. The Estate is mid-century modern design with redwood inverted ceilings. This cozy unit features a queen bed, 3-seater pull out couch with queen bed, table and 2 chairs, teak rolltop desk, and small bar with 2 bar stools. It has a fully equipped kitchen with ocean views from the kitchen window.

New oceanfront rooftop deck with stunning sunrise views for all tenants to enjoy.

Oceanfront Garden Apartment with Pool

I had an amazing stay with Sarah and her team. I was well taken care of while living in the functional comfortable apartment. I enjoyed the lovely garden with vegetables, fruits, flowers, butterflies etc. A walk on the beach, swim in the pool or relaxing with other tenants in the outside sitting areas. Come, live and enjoy the beach life!
