We had a great stay! We were in Tampa for University of Tampa graduation and it was a great house for our family to meet up at and stay together. House is about 15 minutes from campus, so very convenient. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, so family was happy. We enjoyed the games in the game room as well. The host was very responsive whenever I messaged with a question. Great stay! Neighborhood was fine. Close to many things.

The kitchen was fully equiped and house very spacious. It was a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again. The host was easy to communicate with and provided so many additional amenities that staying in was still fun. There is definitely some wear on the games in the game room. I would suggest they maybe change out some equipment. Nonetheless, it was really great and would recommended for large group or family.

This is a lovely home that is in desperate need of TLC, maintenance and a deep clean. Upon our arrival on a Friday afternoon, we found multiple problems with cleanliness, from dirty towels waded up in closets, dried food on the stove and dried spills on the kitchen counters, to a sofa so filthy and stained we wouldn’t even sit on it. The yards were dead & the game room needed serious help, starting with the dart board with metal pieces sticking out from it and actual holes in the walls from bad dart throwers. We immediately took photos, sent them to the owners with our concerns, per their request. While the owner was quick to respond and offered to send the cleaning company over that night or the next day, we had plans and would not be there & we were not willing to leave our luggage in the house. Because we were so uncomfortable staying for the rest of our weekend, we booked hotel rooms and left the house Saturday morning. I appreciated the owner refunding our 2nd nights stay but the tone for our fun weekend getaway was ruined upon our arrival at this house , which should have been cleaned & resemble the photos posted on VRBO.

Unfortunately, that offer was declined, and you chose to check out rather than allow us the chance to make things right. We refunded a night's stay in good faith and genuinely wish we'd been given the opportunity to correct these concerns during your visit. We've since followed up with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is in top shape for future guests. We wish you all the best.

Great Family Getaway

This house was the perfect house for our family holiday gathering. Plenty of space for everyone and had fun games to play in the evening. The neighborhood was great for walks in the morning. It is also near a grocery store, Target and a Wawa. The only things that I noticed was that the carpets while cleaned were still showing stains and the lights weren't working over the TV area. But other than these two things, the house is good for someone visiting the Tampa area and wants to spend time with family.

Outstanding Vacation Destination!

We absolutely loved our 5-day stay at this full-feature Tampa house! The house is perfect for a family type of trip - there are gaming tables and flat screen TVs in every room to accommodate video gaming. Our 3 grandsons, 10 and under, all slept in the same room, played games, and could have just stayed in the house it was so inviting. The back yard was large and grassy, perfect for a touch football game with them! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen spotless and fully equipped, and the neighborhood quiet and safe. Since it is located close to our Tampa siblings, we definitely will be be back!

The house was nice and spacious, but the tv remote in the family room didn't work, and there was no remote for one of the tv's upstairs. The host didn't respond when we reached out multiple times. Water pressure was low in the showers.

We had a good stay here because of the game room, but even that was run down, but it was in a great location for us. This house needs some TLC. There were not enough towels when we got there, but they did come back to remedy that right away. There are hardly any kitchen items, not even many glasses. The bathrooms seemed pretty clean, but the floors were dirty in the whole house, and the walls are in pretty rough condition, with bangs and scuffs everywhere. The kitchen cabinets also need repair. It was nice to have the 4 bedrooms, with the 3 beds in one of the rooms, but at least our bed in the front east room was not comfy, as it sagged toward the middle. I think this could be a really nice place if it was fixed up, and if they added supplies in the kitchen, and cleaned the floors.

Hurricane repairs for daughter's house

Overall, we had a very good time at this house. Carpet throughout house are stained and need to be cleaned. Coffee maker didn't work but the tea function did for some reason. We needed to borrow a workable coffee maker from my daughter. Also, house only had 3 spoons. As stated earlier, the house was great for a family together even under the circumstances. I'd recommend a family using it for any occasion.
