The home features a full kitchen, a single car garage, including a kayak and paddleboard to enjoy at your leisure. This home is a couple steps to the sandy beaches of both the Alamitos Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. No need to move your car, home is walking distance to convenience stores, and restaurants.

If possible just leave used towels on bathroom floors or counters upon checkout rather than on any wood surfaces.

Please try best to rinse off majority of sand on feet and legs before entering property off beach/bay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties, events, or gatherings with an excessive number of guests are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours must be respected at all times.
All adults staying at the property are required to provide their full legal name and a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check in.
For the safety and security of guests and property owners 3 exterior security cameras are installed on the premises. These monitor only all entryways.
