Prime location at the northernmost tip of Chincoteague Island, offering unparalleled views of Chincoteague Bay and the surrounding protected nature conservation. The property features a private pier for crabbing or docking a shallow-draft boat, as well as a floating dock ideal for kayakers.

Relax on the fantastic screened porch with panoramic views, which includes an electric grill, or enjoy spectacular island sunsets from the upper-level open deck. The main floor offers an open kitchen, living, and dining area, perfect for gathering with family and friends.

The first-floor bedrooms include a queen bedroom with an adjacent bath and waterfront balcony, and a second bedroom with two twin beds, a private bath, and a waterview balcony. Upstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent private bath and waterfront balcony, while the fourth bedroom features a king bed, private bath, and waterview balcony.
