Quaint and Stylish decorated home located in SE Cape Coral, located walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Sip your coffee out on the beautiful lanai watching the birds and beautiful manicured lawn and mature trees. On the cool night, curl up with a good book and become mesmerized by the electric roaring fireplace, with LED multi-colored lights.

There is a hot tub in the privacy screened in lanai where you can drink your wine and watch TV.

Home is in immaculate condition. Fully furnished and just waiting for you to come living in paradise. SE Cape Coral is just 12 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, close to Fort Myers Beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, fishing, boating and so much more to offer.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was all that we were hoping for when looking for a place for a couple of months. The location was good for getting around Cape Coral. It had amenities nearby, with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Contacting the hosts before our arrival was easy, and when checking in we were able to meet in person. They were very nice and helpful. We are hoping all things work out to book this again.

House is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a main road and 3 or 4 restaurants that are walkable. There were only 2 of us so plenty of room, could easily have 2 couples. Very private backyard with screened patio and hot tub. We ate all our meals out back. Nice laundry room with full sized appliances. Kitchen and gas grill had everything we needed to cook a number of meals. Owners we very nice, walked us thru the house and very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Charming home in Cape Coral

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a very clean house with a friendly host who lives close by, and the location of the house is great. We could walk to multiple restaurants which is super convenient. Loved the hot tub and fireplace on the cooler nights too.

First class property

This home is clean, well furnished and equipped and is in excellent condition. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. The owners are friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed being there. There was an error in their ad indicating one bathroom, actually, there are two.

More Than 5 Stars!

Our host met us at the house and walked us through every room to allow for questions. She was extremely accommodating and responsive to every question via text. She brought us beach chairs upon request and provided many laundry, kitchen and bath accessories that you rarely find with a VRBO. The house is spacious, the furniture and beds comfortable and the back yard is secluded and accented with tropical plants that provide an island feel. The outdoor lighting is great when returning after dark. The neighborhood is friendly and a great place to walk. The location is near several restaurants and other necessities. If we come back to Cape Coral, we will definitely reach out to this host and stay here again.
