Very limited parking. Parking area is soft sand. No paved parking area. Had to use 4 wheel drive mode to exit the parking area due to the deep soft sand

Annual Summer Getaway

We take a trip to Galveston each summer. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the location was excellent. There were towels left damp in the dryer upon arrival, and the dishwasher was full. Also, no dish soap, counter cleaner, or additional paper towels/toilet paper. Might be good to bring extra with you. Overall great checkin and checkout process, very little to have to worry about.

Mid week retreat

All locks were difficult to operate. We never could access third bathroom on the lower level. Unable to lock doors during our stay, making security for the property unattainable. Felt like we slept with one eye open. Parking was not available to us, we had to park in the driveway behind the house. The beach had posted signs do not block access.

Beautiful, Truly on the beach!!!

My Oscar passed away he was my 15 year old Shi zhu He was our best friend, my secret keeper, my sleeping buddy, he was my family. We were sad and depressed so i found this beautiful home on the beach and took my 10 year old havaneese with me just to get out of the house. We loved the beach home, we walked the beach and had fun with the ghost crabs. The home was perfect, very clean, had all of the essentials you would need for the beach, beach towels, kitchen was fully stocked. Having a washer and dryer was great!!! AC was great, beds were perfect, shower was perfect. Tv in every room and on each bunk bed. My daughter showed up and she stayed one night, she absolutely loved the home. I did not want to leave. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. I woul rent this home for a full month if i could. Theres nothing like waking to the sound of waves in the mornings and taking walks on the beach in both the mornings and evenings. This home is the perfect beach getaway.
