This Martha's Vineyard rental property offers dock, mooring along with access to small beach area just down the path on Clam Point Cove. Fully renovated in 2022 with stunning views from almost every room. Enjoy family gatherings in the large, open kitchen connecting to a spacious living room with wet bar. Large sliders providing access to the deck from the living room and kitchen. Named appropriately, it is an ideal location for clamming, kayaking and sailing. Town access to Squibnocket Beach and Lucy Vincent Beach. Dock shared - oyster float on right side of dock and checked every couple of days. Broker owned property.
