Pool and spa heat is included in your reservation. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~100 degrees.

3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence, as well as pool alarms on the doors leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements.

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.

6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.

8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.

9) Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home; smoking outside on the pool deck is permitted. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.

Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

Disney family vacation

We loved our stay here. The home was in a perfect location, close to stores and restaurants and just a few minutes from Disney. It was great for families with children and it had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved the pool and the neighborhood, would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Orlando.

This property was fantastic from its amenities to its location. It was perfect for just sticking around the house and the neighborhood to heading out for dinner to running to Disney for the day. The space was wonderful for multiple families or just one family and had something for everyone. The rental process from booking, to check-in, to check-out was easy and hassle free. This house was perfect for a trip to Disney parks and Universal with our family. The location is very convenient to the parks, dining, shopping, etc. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool was fantastic after long days in the parks. It was just right for our family and we would certainly book it again for a return trip.

The Walking on Sunshine Villa was amazing and will not disappoint. Staying at this villa made my family’s first FL vacation an absolute dream! Checkin was very easy and walking into the villa was magical. Music was playing upon our arrival which added to the experience. If you are unsure of where to stay for your vacation, I will always recommend staying here. Anytime we are in the area, I would not want to book anywhere else!

We had a great stay here. The property was exactly as listed and has great amenities. We had lots of fun in the games room and pool. The location is perfect for Disney and there’s a Starbucks and Walmart just around the corner. The communication was great and they were able to accommodate a late check out at short notice which we were very grateful for given we had a late flight. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was perfect for our family of 5, very clean and had all the amenities, felt like we were at home. Property manager was very responsive throughout the process, very easy to communicate with.
