Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The host cancelled my stay two hours before checkin with no reason.

From the moment I booked this house it was one red flag after another. I would have cancelled it if I could but it said no refunds. The communication with the host was pretty bad they would take days to respond usually. After approval from within the website of Vrbo they sent an addition long questionnaire that needed to be filled out before a “approval” was granted to enter the home. I fill that out and submitted it. Waited a week to hear back on their approval only to find the day before we check in we were approved. Then the day of I waited to get the usual email from the host about entering the home and when I asked for it 9 minutes later my reservation was cancelled with out any warning or reasoning. All and all I will and would never rent from this host or escape travel club ever again. Renters beware I would never wish this upon anyone. What a absolute joke this hole situation was.
