Charming Ventura Beach Rental, Steps to the Beach, Large Deck

Beginning May 1, 2021 our beach duplex will re-open for vacation rentals. The price quoted is for both units. For your privacy, we do not rent our units out separately.
This unique four bedroom, two living room, two kitchen, and two bath charming vacation home provides everything an extended family, or friends traveling together could want. The top floor boast beautiful coastal range views from the upstairs expansive deck off the kitchen. Both units provide a relaxing ambiance with updated floors throughout, fully stocked kitchen cabinets with plates and utensils, cookware for appliances, and comfortable furnishings with a nautical theme. There are separate entrances to each unit, but both can share the privacy of a garden courtyard and patio with a large fully enclosed fenced in yard. It is only a two minute walk down our lane to one of the most beautiful life guarded beaches in California.

Our vacation home provides a two car garage plus extra parking (comfortably four to five cars). In the garage, you can store your bikes, surfboards, and boogie boards. We'll provide the sand toys, beach umbrellas and a few chairs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location with lots of walkable options for groceries, restaurants and the beach! Quiet neighborhood and helpful neighbors! Our host was very responsive and helpful, The house had games for the children and beach accessories (Chairs, umbrella, toys, ice chest)! The washer and dryer were also very useful to have! Nice to be able to use the garage for our cars and plenty of other outside parking options too! Very nice dining options - indoor or outside, barbecue and well supplied pantry, garbage bags and minimal work for checking out!

Perfect for a family vacation

Nice spot close to beach

We had a great stay here with 4 adults and 3 children; there was plenty of room, and we found the accommodations to be comfortable and to fit our needs well. The host was very kind and communicative.

It was an easy check-in and the place was perfect for a family outing. The neighborhood was outstanding and the neighbors were awesome. If you have the opportunity to stay in Ventura Beach I would definitely choose this location.

Close to Beach, everything was great

Check in was easy and smooth, and the place was clean. Kinda no frills, which was nice because we pack heavy and it makes it easy to round up our stuff without it getting lost in a bunch of clutter.

everything about our stay was perfect! The location and the deck were our favorites and we had everything we needed to entertain our twins! Such a great spot for family’s traveling together. Each having their own kitchen and a couple of bedrooms/bathrooms was great! Backyard was great for running around for kids and lots of seating options for adults! Low key/low maintenance place! Walking distance from some great local places.

Wonderful Time Spent

Nancy, was a wonderful host, and very responsive. This property had everything we needed to have our family gather together. The Beach House was clean and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans and even a crock pot. A wonderful outdoor area with a nice BBQ. Plenty of Beach toys and chairs for us.

Perfect location, so comfortable stay

My sister and I stayed here with our 4 kids and it was exactly what we needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Steps from a very quiet and beautiful beach and walking distance to many conveniences, including the state beach with a great outdoor food truck-style oyster restaurant. Very close to a cute downtown as well. The house was very clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. We all slept very well—even the kids! It had a spacious deck that was great for catching sunrises. Our host was great. Very helpful in answering all our questions and generous with her time. And check out was a breeze. We would absolutely try to stay here again.

Highly Recommended

This is the third time in a number of years we have rented in the Ventura/Oxnard area. I found this rental to be clean, spacious, fairly priced, and very convenient. Being only 2 blocks from the freeway and a short walk to the beach make it ideal for those, like me, who travel to other cities while on vacation. As a side note, my security deposit arrived the day after I returned home! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

It was just Ok!

All the window were old and moldy and not screens on most of the windows so ventilation was poor. Couldn’t open windows with bugs etc in and the bathroom windows were broken and wouldn’t stay open to allow for venting during showers etc! And just not as clean as it appeared to be from photos. Told the owner about it cuz several items were broken so had to be sure they knew what issues there were so not charged to me. Lastly, there was an old musty smell to the entire place. So it was just Ok!

Perfect Location

We were in Ventura for a Bridge tournament at the Marriott. This property location was wonderful because we could walk to the hotel & also be close to the beach. We were very pleased with the supplies and cookware provided.
