You will arrive to the most incredibly engineered, perfectly round neighborhood, surrounded by canals and beautiful golf courses. From the sky you will see a circle, but from the ground a safe and secure community is revealed. Peace and calm is all around, and you just want to come inside the inviting Little Summer House in many shades of Turquoise, to deep in the quiet and refreshing pool or lay on the warm lounge chairs. But the smell of the salty water nearby, reminds you of the close beaches, many of them, all tempting and beautiful. Go to the garage, grab the beach chairs, umbrella and the trolley cart and drive for 10-15 minutes to encounter the magnificent waters of the gold of Mexico.
Come back to Little Summer House after having spent your day on many activities and attractions, including lunch in any of the great restaurants by the beach, to end you lovely day by the pool with your favorite drink sweating in your hand. Don't forget to light up the pool with the string lights and grab the floaty and some beach towels. At the end of the day, go to your master room to rest in the huge king size bed with plush pillows and warm comforter until the next morning. What a day in paradise!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was there!! Beach chairs, towels and other beach items was a huge plus!! The only thing i could have wanted was either another frying pan or a pancake griddle .. i cooked a lot while there! The pool was wonderful! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us

The little serenity turquoise house

This house was so comfortable. It was peaceful and that’s just what we wanted. We came here to “decompress” and that’s what we were able to do. The house had everything we needed and the pool so relaxing. Elizabeth was such a sweetheart when I didn’t know how to change the temp on the pool heater. The house was spotless and you could tell it has been well cared for. A great experience!

We had a very nice stay at RW. Place was as described and came with everything needed for a month stay including starter packages on most needed items (soap, detergent, etc). Why they chose this property

Pebble Beach is a section in Rotonda West, a deed restricted community. Peace and security are really important for me and I wanted this to be my first priority when I got this property. Wildlife is really abundant and it is delightful to see it, from a huge variety of birds to beautiful butterflies, and many fishes in the canal.

What makes this property unique

Turquoise Serenity exactly describes what my guests will experience once they are inside Little Summer House (LSH). I carefully decorated this house thinking on the tranquility of the area, and the many shades of turquoise the Golf of Mexico Sea has to offer. Beautiful tones of light green and blue green cover the walls of this very unique home, along with original paintings of the surroundings. Specially, LSH has a coffee station for the delight of the guests, different varieties of coffee, or tea can be chosen for a lazy morning breakfast.
Come back in the afternoon, after having enjoyed all amenities that the area has to offer, to dip into the refreshing turquoise water of the heated pool. Turquoise Serenity experience is unique, and we are so thrill to share it with all our guests.
