The space
When you arrive, you will have first floor access to a private entrance. Guests will enjoy a queen size bed with luxury bedding, a desk area with outlets (USB & USBC). Amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig Coffee/Tea machine, Roku TV with live streaming TV and guest mode with login capabilities, High speed WiFi and exterior security cameras. Laundry is available upon request with proper notice.

Within walking distance to everything locals love and a short drive to tourist attractions.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire guesthouse, it is attached to the host’s house, but completely private to you with a private entrance.
Street parking is free and readily available on the house side of the street.
We have a keypad entry system and security cameras facing exterior exits for your safety.

Guests are welcome to use the front yard and carport area, but not the backyard. Please note the host have a friendly 30lb dog that may be in the backyard at any time.

Note that we cannot guarantee early check-ins. If you request an early check-in, please message us. If you request as part of the booking, the following will happen:
Instant book: it will likely auto decline, particularly if another guest is booked the day before your requested check-in.
Booking Request: we will try to contact you and request you edit your request.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on property. There is a $500.00 fee that will be charged if there is any evidence that tobacco products were used anywhere on the property.

This property is solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and no portion of the property or grounds may be used for commercial or business purposes, including but not limited to, photo-shoots, the making of films, movies, and/or commercials, conducting business or hosting clients. Additionally, commercial use of the property, or images of the interior or the property, including personal property, is expressly prohibited.
