This cozy traditional beach home in the beautiful North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island has all the beach at a fraction of the cost of the multifamily homes that have sprung up around it.

Adjacent to over 20 miles of paved paths with no hills make this a walking and biking paradise for all ages. This combined with being in the center of 14 miles of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast assures a relaxing time year round if the beach is what you are after.

Just 70 yards from the beach and 1 mile to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza make this home away from home easy access to all you need with minimal driving.

Seven miles from Harbor town's beautiful sunsets and fifteen minutes from the Pickney Island Wildlife Preserve puts you right in the middle of all Hilton Head has to offer.

The closest boat ramp is only 5 miles away and the fishing is fantastic at the South Beach rip and Port Royal Sound. There is plenty of space for your boat in the driveway.

If it has to do with the water and the sun, you can do it at Hilton Head. Perfect for golf trips too!

This home was the perfect spot for our family. A quick walk to the beach or a bike ride down to the shops, it was the perfect place for our family activities. John was so helpful and immediate in his responses. The kids loved the outside shower. This spot will become an annual tradition!

Great little rental property. Very close to beach. Host was incredible. Answered all questions quickly. Very responsive. Nothing fancy, but if you’re looking for a place close to the beach that is affordable with a necessities then you found it. Just an FYI there are no outlets restroom so just needed to get creative styling hair if need to.

Perfect beach getaway

We absolutely love this little beach house! So close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. John was easy to communicate with and even notified us that the house would be available early-which was so wonderful! We had 6 people- 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 9 and 6) and the house was a perfect fit for all of us! We can’t wait for our next trip to HHI and back to John’s beach house!

Amazing Beach

Location, location, location. It would be hard to get much closer. It was a one minute walk down the short little street to be on the beach. The house is definitely a beach house with a great outdoor shower and can really hold a lot of people. I only had one or two people at a time, but the house can hold a whole lot more than that. I hope to be able to return.
