Fully equipped for all your needs, beach chairs, towels, umbrella & beach trolley. Outdoor table & gas grill on deck. 2 pools in complex. Parking for 2 vehicles only.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean the grill outside. Grill cleaner is under the kitchen sink and brush should be outside by the grill. Please turn the thermostat to 70° and leave it.
Please wash all the beach towels that were used and return them to the proper bedroom closet upstairs. The housekeepers are not responsible for the beach towels and we appreciate your assistance.
Please wash all of the chairs and umbrellas and return to the bin outside. The hose is on the deck for your convenience.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We live on Lake Arrowhead in Waleska GA, about an hour northwest of Atlanta in the foothills of the mountains. We love being close to the city yet far away from all the day to day histow and bustle.
Why they chose this property
We love Hilton Head Island and have enjoyed going there for over 20 years. We appreciate our villa because we are close to all the action and right across the street from the beach. We eapeciallycl love biking everywhere and spending time afternoons on the beach
What makes this property unique
Our villa is great for sharing with other couples and families. We like the private area in the back because its quiet and nice for hanging out with friends and family.
