Very welcoming with generous living spaces, 2 decks, a fully outfitted kitchen, a large dining area, and a full bath and laundry on the main level. Upstairs, each of the 4 bedrooms features a private bath. Parking for 2 vehicles tucked under the first floor. Accessible location to bike/walk to the beach, restaurants, golfing pro-shop, and all entertainment.

We are situated in a beautiful and peaceful location where guests can enjoy the beach, explore deep water rivers from the marina, play a round of golf, and enjoy mouthwatering restaurants, all within a quick bike or walk from the villa. Whether you enjoy a walk along the sandy shore at sunrise or sunset from the point or marina, the location is perfect. For more fun and adventure; Wyndham Resort offers rental bicycles or a day pass to multiple swimming pools, mini-golf, and a kids play area.

What makes this property unique

The Villa is perfect for big groups with spacious living areas, a dining room that can easily seat 12, and a large fully outfitted kitchen for the chef. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom, there is another full bathroom on the main level, as well as a cute semi-private outdoor shower.
