Excellent Rental!

We absolutely loved staying at the Bailey-Wick! It was just perfect for our family of five – the floorplan, the location, the kitchen with everything one could need and more, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort and hominess were all top-notch. We could tangibly feel the hospitality as soon as we arrived. It is top on our list of homes to rent on Fripp!

Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home, it was a great spot for Marsh Walks and Beach fun with our Golden and his ball. Can’t wait until next year.

Exceptional

We have stayed in many homes and this one ranks at the top! The furnishings and appliances were top of the line. The beautiful screened porches were so inviting. The floor plan allowed privacy and many options to find a quiet place. Beautiful beaches, deer and a golf cart! Every kind of entertainment for all ages from kayaks to beach toys. This will be our “go to” home on our visits to Fripp. Many thanks to our management team. Jennifer is amazing!

Test visit pet Friendly

We had looked at property on our last visit to Fripp. The property we normally used was not pet friendly. Our stay was not disappointed by us nor our Goldendoodle. Our Doodle loved the screen porch, Golf cart rides and native wildlife. The house was extremely rental friendly with posted rules, appliance operations and options to make a welcoming experience. Jennifer our host contact was alway very helpful. We will be back. FYI - Our Doodle would stare at the golf cart from The porch until we took him on a ride!

Great location on Fripp Island, enjoy the pet friendly option, golf cart is a life saver and a must have. Everything was as expected and only good surprise with very well equipped kitchen
