Beautiful 1800 square foot, lake front, modern condo conveniently located within a short walking distance of downtown Fraser, Safeway and the Fraser River Trail. Free bus shuttle to Winter Park town and resort from Safeway. Spectacular, unobstructed views of Byers Peak, mountain range and lake.
The entire living space is on one floor giving it a spacious yet cozy feel, as well as providing ADA accessibility. The attached garage keeps your car cozy as well! Additional parking available in parking lot outside unit.
Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two master bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. One bedroom with a bunk bed; queen size on bottom and twin on top. There is also a queen size bed pull out couch in the living room.

Ski trip

This place was very clean and comfortable. Three nice bedrooms and three baths!!! The master bath had a jet bathtub. I loved the kitchen which was fully stocked with all your cooking needs; dishes, pots, blenders, coffee makers(filters), spices etc...It's only two miles to winter park and to the rec center. We were able to walk to a restaurant and a yoga studio. There is a walking trail along the river. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent it again. Also the view of the Mountains and winter park was gorgeous. Thanks for the extra treats of wine, chocolate and coffee.
