Penthouse condo has all the comforts of home for a relaxing vacation. Cozy furnishings with forest and mountain views all around. Lightning fast wifi allows you to work and play in this mountain town. Property is on the 3rd floor. Please be comfortable with stairs.

Clubhouse features a pool and 3 hot tubs.

Laundry in the clubhouse next door is easily paid for with a credit card.

Beautiful Condo in a great location

Clean, well-kept condo was perfect for our family to attend a wedding in snowy Winter Park in February. It was cozy and affordable compared to others we looked at. Erin was a wonderful host.

The place was in an excellent location. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. And just before we left the kids saw a fox out the back door, so they left happy.I did miss that this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. So be aware that you have to haul everything up 3 flights on top of the elevation/lack of oxygen. Whew!

This stay and place was excellent. Could not have been an easier better location. Buss stop right out front (last stop boarding to the resort, first stop off on the way back). Walking distance to many of the best most fun restaurants. The unit was clean and well stocked. Better than expected. Would definitely stay again. 10/10!
