Questo condominio fronte mare con 2 camere da letto si trova al 3 ° piano del meraviglioso complesso Summerlin! Se stai cercando un complesso rilassato e più piccolo lontano dalle strade trafficate e dalle spiagge affollate, questo posto è quello giusto per te! Grande piano piano aperto, la splendida vista ti accoglierà non appena entrerai. Master camera da letto sulla spiaggia con l'ingresso sul balcone di fronte alla spiaggia! La cucina ha una grande isola che tutti amano e preparare i pasti è un gioco da ragazzi. Le viste dal 3 ° piano sono semplicemente incredibili. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views comfortable furnishings good kitchen and laundry equipment beach lounges and umbrella make this a n enjoyable place. Location is perfect as the area is not huge high rises making the beach uncrowded. The place could use an upgrade to the carpet but certainly not a deal breaker.

3rd time at Summerlin

Foul smell coming from laundry room and the dining table had a soon to be broken leg and one of the chairs did have a broken leg.

Reviewer Comments: While my wife and I usually stay in bigger condos along with 4 grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law, we only had 2 grandchildren with us this week. This condo was perfect for my wife and I and 2 grandchildren. Condo was clean, had probably the most wet-stocked kitchen with regard to pots, pans, and casserole dishes. It had plenty of drawer space for clothing in the bedrooms. We only had 1 minor issue and Brooks and Shorey Resorts responded within 2 hours and resolved issue. In renting in the Panhandle area for nearly 35 years, I never had someone respond so quickly

Last minute family vacation

Compared to a unit we’ve stayed in prior 303 is a little outdated as far as the furniture and the carpet throughout. I’d recommend bringing extra blankets as only one was provided.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whole condo was in need of a total update. Carpet in living room was stained and very dirty, there was a water bottle behind one of the chairs, a pair of shorts in one of the drawers and the comforter in the master had what looked like blood stains on it. The furniture was so uncomfortable and old that we would sit on the bed to watch tv. The laundry area smelled like sewerage. Wehave stayed at other condos at Summerlin for the last 6 yrs. And none have been this bad.

Would definitely book again!

Plenty of towels, unit was clean, view from the balcony was perfect, and we were close to everything. Mobile check-out was very convenient and keypad made for easy access. We had a great trip and will definitely book with Brooks and Shorey again in the future!

Favorite beach in Fl.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a perfect location. Great view, and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach area. The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.

We had many meals on the porch and enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and great view! Probably time for new living room furniture. But we loved our time.

Also both kitchen pantries were locked so no where to put our food! Other than that, it’s a beautiful location as always. We will return to Summerlin but probably will rent a different condo!

Great location! Superb view and comfort.

This is a fabulous location, no better view than this. Location is in the quiet part of Ft Walton Beach; chairs and umbrella setup are a plus however they are taken down 4-5 unless you have a big party and tip big. Check-in and Check-out are not very pleasing since you cannot be guaranteed checkin until 4pm or later, which for us was later. Check-out is 10am which is quite early considering we had such a late checkin. Beware, the cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:30am. Other than that, the condo and unit is very nice.
