Este condominio frente a la playa de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en el tercer piso del maravilloso complejo Summerlin. Si está buscando un complejo relajado y más pequeño lejos de las carreteras concurridas y las playas llenas de gente, ¡este lugar es el adecuado para usted! Excelente plano de planta abierto, la hermosa vista lo recibirá tan pronto como entre. ¡Dormitorio principal en la playa con entrada al balcón frente a la playa! La cocina tiene una isla grande que a todos les encanta y preparar comidas es muy fácil. Las vistas desde el 3er piso son increíbles. Millas y millas de arena blanca como el azúcar y agua verde esmeralda: ¡la terapia de playa perfecta! Marzo - octubre es temporada de servicio de playa! Relaxing

I loved the location, beaches were not crowded. It was very relaxing. The condo was cozy and perfect for the three of us. I loved the simplicity of it and it was very clean. The perks were great.

3rd time at Summerlin

Reviewer Comments: While my wife and I usually stay in bigger condos along with 4 grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law, we only had 2 grandchildren with us this week. This condo was perfect for my wife and I and 2 grandchildren. Condo was clean, had probably the most wet-stocked kitchen with regard to pots, pans, and casserole dishes. It had plenty of drawer space for clothing in the bedrooms. We only had 1 minor issue and Brooks and Shorey Resorts responded within 2 hours and resolved issue. In renting in the Panhandle area for nearly 35 years, I never had someone respond so quickly

Carpet in living room was stained and very dirty, there was a water bottle behind one of the chairs, a pair of shorts in one of the drawers and the comforter in the master had what looked like blood stains on it. The furniture was so uncomfortable and old that we would sit on the bed to watch tv. The laundry area smelled like sewerage. Wehave stayed at other condos at Summerlin for the last 6 yrs. And none have been this bad.

The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.

Also both kitchen pantries were locked so no where to put our food! Other than that, it’s a beautiful location as always. We will return to Summerlin but probably will rent a different condo!

Great location! Superb view and comfort.

This is a fabulous location, no better view than this. Location is in the quiet part of Ft Walton Beach; chairs and umbrella setup are a plus however they are taken down 4-5 unless you have a big party and tip big. Check-in and Check-out are not very pleasing since you cannot be guaranteed checkin until 4pm or later, which for us was later. Check-out is 10am which is quite early considering we had such a late checkin. Beware, the cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:30am. Other than that, the condo and unit is very nice.
