Unobstructed picturesque view of the Cape Fear River and USS North Carolina from your living room and spacious balcony. The sunsets are gorgeous!! Just around the corner from Wilmington's renowned Market and Front Streets, both with many fine restaurants and bars. The Downtown Riverwalk is on USA Today's short-list for Best Riverwalks in the country and is just outside your door. Secure building with parking available nearby in public lots, however is not included in the nightly fee. Two elevators available in the condo building.

Nice unit, great large covered balcony on a high floor overlooking the waterway and the battleship, very appreciative of the flexibility in checkin / checkout times for our stay (although I’m sure that varies based on bookings). Location is as ideal for where we were going while in town and walking distance to various restaurants or night spots. Wish the parking was a little closer, but overall a great stay.

The host was very welcoming and offered an early check-in without us even asking. It was so nice and coincided well with our arrival in town. Entrance to the condo building and the unit were keyless and easy. We loved the nice basket of goodies in the fridge. We will be back!

Perfect city getaway!
