About this property

Clemson, super close to stadium. 1300 sqft -1 bdrm, 1 bth apartment.

We are so close to the Clemson Tigers Stadium! We are renting our 1300 sqft apartment at my husbands mancave for the Clemson games, student move in, or just a visit. It is a 1 bdrm, 1 bath apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, living room with 75” smart tv, dining room, and washer/dryer. . The bedroom has a king size bed with a tempurpedic mattress. The living room consists of leather recliners and a massage chair which is wonderful and relaxing. We also have a comfy roll away with bedding for extra guests.
Outside has a fire pit with benches and some rocking chairs.
There is internet in the apartment. Only 7 minutes (4 miles) to the stadium. Football weekends are a 2 night min.

No refunds for cancellations 30 days prior to stay.
Outside of 30 days is a 50% refund for cancellations

Beautiful inside. Perfect for a weekend. Everything you need. A little out in the country so hard to find at night. Google maps thinks it’s across the street from where it is. I would stay there again for sure.

We loved staying at this place! It was much bigger than expected, very clean, and had everything we needed! Loved sitting in the massage chair after a 7 hour drive! We came for a Clemson football game and appreciated the Clemson touches in the decor as well as the kitchen mugs and such. Our daughter stayed with us and the cot provided was comfy. We used her car to drive to the game which was very close. Our friends have a small jet so we'll definitely share this place with them as it is right next to the Oconee regional airport. It was very quiet and we never hear any planes. We didn't use the firepit since it was a 7:30 game but we definitely will next time! Thanks for a great stay!

What makes this property unique

Our property is so unique, it’s super close to clemson, yet secluded so it’s quiet and peaceful. It is so much more comfortable than a hotel room with lots of space and amenities. There is plenty of room to relax inside or you can relax by the fire pit outside.
