This home is located in a residential area between Centerville and Osterville. It is quiet and attracts many nature lovers as it backs up to numerous trails and a plentitude of conservation land. Our property was designed with a modern flare and Ol Cape charm to offer our guests the ultimate private haven while empowering their experience with complimentary access to all Barnstable beaches, ponds and lakes so they can explore the beauty all around us. Located near the best Barnstable has to offer, our property is a short distance to three main streets and multiple ocean beaches, ponds and lakes, both in Centerville, Osterville and Hyannis. Dowses, Craigville, Kalmus, Lake Wequaquet and Joshua's Pond beaches are to name a few locations that are a quick 5-10 minute drive away. You'll also find shops, convenience stores, Lambert's Farmers Markets, Trader Joes & Whole Foods, Cape Cod Mall, multiple libraries, the famous Centerville 1856 Country Store, Four Seas Ice Cream & recreation centers amongst many more amenities nearby.

The beach parking permit/pass which grants access to all beaches, ponds and lakes in Barnstable is a permit provided by the town and deemed as non-refundable and non-replaceable. If lost in your possession, a charge of $500 will occur to purchase a new pass. Please be mindful to keep it safe when in use, as it is a complimentary bonus we would love to provide to you during your stay, however if lost, a fee as disclosed herein will need to be paid to replace it.
