Come and enjoy our quaint Cape Cod home with great views, beaches, dining and shopping - all within walking distance. Our home overlooks Lewis Bay, where you can enjoy watching the ferries heading out to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, colorful sailboats, windsurfers, and a variety of birds all from the back deck while grilling, sunning or playing yard games; or enjoy the views from a comfy chair inside the living room in front of large picture windows.

The location is second to none. Our quintessential Cape house abuts a marsh and is located in a quiet residential area that is surrounded by beaches, restaurants and shops just up the road - all within walking distance.

Choose your beach. .5 miles to Kalmus Beach, which is the public area beach. Keyes Memorial Beach and Veterans Park Beach are two other public beaches both within walking distance, 1 mile and .2 miles respectively. We are approximately 3 miles from Craigville Beach, another popular public beach in the area.

One mile up the road is Hyannis Harbor where you'll enjoy a variety of dining options, ice cream, entertainment and shopping. You can also catch a Ferry here to the Islands. (save the parking fee and walk).

Main Street Hyannis is only one and a half miles away where you'll enjoy even more shopping, fine dining and entertainment for all ages.

Newly renovated, this two-story home is1800 square feet and comfortably sleeps ten people. The home is air conditioned, with a gas grill, flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, outdoor shower, huge spacious back deck, large farm table, and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and more.

If you do decide to request a booking, please tell us a little bit about your party and the purpose for your stay. We work hard keeping our home beautiful for our guest and this only works by knowing a little bit about our guest.

Please note: Peak season (June 29 - August 31) is a required 7-night minimum -
with Saturday check-in, check-out.

NOTE: You may see a break in the reviews between 2019 - 2023. During this time, we took the house off the rental market to update, renovate and enjoy some family time. We returned this fantastic little gem back to the rental market in 2023.

Lovely home with all amenities

This property really gives you a cape cod beauty vibe. The hosts made everything super convenient and thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Our only issue was figuring out how to adjust the temperature on the heater. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a girls weekend

I recently stayed at this property for a girls weekend. We could not have been more pleased with everything about the house. It is super clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the views and the location. We enjoyed walks to the beach--lovely even in November. We also loved all the fabulous nearby restaurants. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

A fabulous property!

Everything was as advertised— or better! The neighborhood was quiet and the view across the marsh was amazing. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. My family of four enjoyed a beautiful fall weekend and loved how close we were to everything in Hyannis.

Girls getaway

The 6 of us always plan a fall girls weekend. Since our usual place is no longer available, we rented this place. WOW! It met and exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was fantastic, the kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in your group, the view of the marshland was peaceful and relaxing, the ocean is a few minutes walk away and visible in the distance, the house has a beautiful open feeling with incredible windows to take in the view. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. It’s not a huge house but the rooms are cosy and it’s definitely not cramped as there are several “gathering” areas if you so choose. It is tastefully decorated and you can tell that the owners take pride in their property. I think we’ve found our girls weekend new property destination!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Longtime friends getaway

What a beautiful property. The location was perfectly central to beaches and touring activities. We enjoyed the gorgeous view of the marsh daily, whether from the large deck or the nook in the living room. This lovely home was clean, well equipped and so welcoming. Communication with the host was clear and timely. Wonderful Cape Cod home.

Wonderful stay

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the deck and sat out on it morning , noon , and night! The views were incredible. Loved watching the birds and wildlife. Walked to the beach and watched the ferries come and go ! All in all we had a memorable experience!! We didn’t want to leave.

Wedding Trip

The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was ideal, from the accommodations to the location. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and the house was spotless. Towels and sheets were provided and plentiful. Sandy responded to any questions I had immediately and was a great source of information. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

Girls getaway

Seven 60 something college girlfriends who have been getting together for the past 15 years on cape cod for a weekend to relax, reminisce and continue to make memories. This house is FABULOUS. Great spot, great view, close to everything, comfy beds, stocked kitchen and CLEAN. Beautifully decorated with a true “capey” feel. We had exceptional September weather so we chose to beach it on saturday just a 5 minute drive. Large back deck perfect for gathering early mornings and late nights. There’s nothing like an outdoor shower (could use a few hooks for towels). Owners were great to deal with. Would definitely rent again.

Reunion of Friends

This is a lovely home that is well-appointed, clean, has lovely views, and an easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely want to return next year. Highly recommend. Serene and stocked!

This house has the most beautiful marsh land backyard with many birds flocking to the area… ospreys w/nest, heron, egrets, mallards, etc and you can see the ocean/ferry boats passing. The owners have everything you could possibly want/need for a fun, relaxing time.

Spectacular

Wonderful beautiful spacious resort level cleanliness vacation home. Perfect location to beaches: Kalmus, & Veterans. And not a bad drive to Mayflower. Took the ferry to Nantucket. Could not have been easier. Highly recommend for families and friends looking to make memories to last a lifetime ❤️

Fabulous beach house

This immaculate and comfortable house was enjoyed by guests from four families to celebrate a special birthday. The living room and deck were great for birdwatching and enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen is well equipped and even has labels to find everything. It’s a lovely neighborhood near beaches, shopping and excellent local restaurants. Nearby Cape Cod Train ride and HyLine Ferry to and bus tour in Nantucket were great trips.

While vacationing at the Cape in late 2012, we fell in love with this little gem and had to have it. It took a while to digest... "Did we just buy a house on the Cape".. ?? Yes! We did, and couldn't be happier! We invested many memorable hours transforming our purchase into our little slice of heaven. While we enjoy spending our time here with friends and family, we also have found great pleasure in renting our home. We have met many wonderful people, who we now consider friends : )

We had looked at many homes for sale on the Cape and It wasn't until we stepped into this adorable home that we knew we had to buy it - this was the home! We have so much pride in our home, which is something you will certainly see and feel during your stay!

When we stood in the living room and first saw the ocean out over the marsh, we knew this would be a beautiful place. We have enjoyed every minute here.
