DETAILS: 209 Norwood Drive is a Gulf-view 18-bedroom, 18.5-bathroom Miramar Beach home that sleeps 44. Guests will love the private pool, game room, theater room, elevator, and being steps away from public beach access. Perfect for corporate retreats, family reunions, and wedding parties.

There is plenty of space to spread out in this 4-story home! Guests staying on the first floor may select between 5 bedrooms and enjoy easy access to the fenced backyard. All bedrooms have TVs and enjoy private bathrooms, except for 1 bathroom that opens to the pool area. Guests will love relaxing outside by a large pool with an attached sitting spa. Adirondack chairs, a bench swing, an outdoor table and gas grill surround the pool.

On the second floor, a huge kitchen, living area, 4 bedrooms, and balconies provide plenty of space for guests to spread out. All bedrooms on this level feature TVs, king beds, and private bathrooms—2 feature pool views from a private balcony! In the kitchen, marble flooring, granite countertops, and multiple food prep areas make cooking simple for groups. Premium appliances, 4 refrigerators, and plenty of pantries to store snacks and beverages. A long dining table seats 26, with additional seating in the kitchen bar area. Off the kitchen is a beautiful living area with 2 leather sofas facing a large TV and gas fireplace.

On the third floor, guests will discover a large laundry area, 7 bedrooms, and gorgeous Gulf views! All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs.

The fourth floor was designed with both comfort and fun in mind. There are 2 incredible primary bedrooms, a theater room, a game room, and jaw-dropping views of the Gulf. A primary bedroom has a private balcony with beach views, while a second primary bedroom features a luxurious sitting area with a gas fireplace. The private bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and a separate soaking tub. Overcast day? Guests can stretch out on 6 leather sofas and watch a movie on the big screen in the theater room!
