This huge two-story house has 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 2-car garage with 3 bedrooms, and one of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with its own bathroom & shower. Massage hot tub/spa in the back patio.

~ Nice-sized bedrooms that have a queen-sized bed, dresser, and huge closet. all bedrooms have a flat-screen TV
~ use of a small workout room with a Peloton Bike and Peloton treadmill.
~ use of the laundry room washer & dryer
~Your own parking space inside a 2-car garage.
- Kitchen: Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Keurig Cappuccino & Latter, Primo cold & hot water dispenser.

The house is located in a gated community (Las Vegas, NV 89106), with a huge backyard. This two-story home has a Culligan water softener system, and a Reverse Osmosis system underneath the kitchen sink so you can drink water straight from the faucet. All bedrooms are upstairs.

Update 9/15/2023: A hot tub/massage spa was just installed on the back patio

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighbor hood to live because the distance from old Las Vegas (Freemont st.) is about 2 miles or less. Also, my gated community keeps the greenery groomed and it’s peaceful.

What makes this property unique

I would say the distance, old Las Vegas is 2 miles or less and the new Las Vegas is about a 12 minute drive depending on the traffic. I’m surrounded by fast food restaurant and a Vegan restaurant about a 10 minute drive away. There’s a file market thats walking distance from my house. The expressway is less than 2 minutes away.
