UNA SEMANA DE ESTANCIA MÍNIMA
Este es uno de los mejores en París. Ubicación, ubicación, aire acondicionado, fontanería nueva, cableado, muebles, transporte, tiendas. Lujo, estilo. Todo. Ubicado hacia un pequeño patio interior, que proporciona un oasis de calma y paz en el corazón de la bulliciosa capital, un lujo excepcional en esta ciudad ocupada y a menudo ruidosa.

Con aire acondicionado y 3 unidades separadas que se pueden controlar individualmente, una característica rara en un apartamento parisino y más apreciada durante los calurosos meses de verano.

Este es un nuevo apartamento privado de lujo de 2 dormitorios ubicado en la fabulosa Avenue de l'Opéra, una de las direcciones más prestigiosas de París. ¡Fue totalmente destruido y reconstruido recientemente con los más altos estándares con los mejores materiales y accesorios, y todo es nuevo y funciona! La decoración es de un destacado decorador de interiores francés y ofrece una sensación muy cálida y acogedora, sin ser pretencioso. El impresionante edificio de época, anteriormente un lujoso palacio, cuenta con una increíble gran entrada con amplias escaleras y 3 ascensores modernos. La Ópera, los jardines de las Tullerías, el Louvre, la Place de la Concorde, Madeleine se encuentran a pocos pasos, así como las legendarias boutiques de Faubourg Saint Honoré, los grandes almacenes Printemps y Galeries Lafayette.

El transporte (3 líneas de metro y 5 de autobús) están justo afuera de la puerta. También lo es una gran tienda Monoprix con una gran sección de comida gourmet y vinos finos. A cinco minutos a pie encontrará más de 60 restaurantes típicos parisinos, todo tipo de tiendas de alimentos, así como un mercado los miércoles y sábados.

El espacioso dormitorio principal tiene elegantes paneles de madera y cuenta con una cama Super King (2 mx 2 m) con mucho espacio de almacenamiento. El segundo baño da a un patio privado muy tranquilo y pacífico. Estar en lo alto es muy luminoso y aireado. Cuenta con 2 camas extragrandes, un pequeño armario y un escritorio / tocador.

El baño principal está revestido con elegante piedra natural de color crema y cuenta con una gran bañera con ducha y WC. También hay un pequeño baño separado con WC. Ambos baños tienen secador de pelo.

En la sala de estar hay un sofá cama de lujo de cuero italiano de tamaño queen (1,6 m de ancho), extremadamente cómodo para alojar a 2 personas adicionales. Hay dos grandes sillones de cuero, televisor de pantalla plana de 49 ", reproductor de DVD, unidad estéreo, DVD y CD de repuesto, una pequeña biblioteca. También un elegante comedor para 6.

La cocina abierta está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos ultramodernos, que incluyen vitrocerámica, microondas / horno, lavavajillas, frigorífico-congelador, lavadora-secadora (todo de Miele), una máquina Nespresso, una gran encimera de granito. Es un espacio fabuloso para preparar sus comidas con los productos locales comprados en el mercado cercano y en las tiendas de alimentos. La cocina se puede cerrar con 2 puertas correderas.

This is a marvelous apartment. The owners are communicative and lovely to deal with. The local property manager is a pleasure. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. We were there for a month and it became a home away from home. No negatives whatsoever. We were sad to leave.

A quiet apartment near many of the main Paris sites

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Paris. The place was clean when we arrived, which is always a big relief. The concierge was great, he greeted us at the entrance at the agreed up time, and demonstrated all of the important features of the apartment.The apartment is right on Avenue de l'Opéra, so while the street is busy, the apartment was very quiet. It was great to just step outside and be right in the middle of everything.The kitchen had everything we needed; the oven was great for baking croissants from Picard My in-laws purchased a Nespresso after arriving home. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. We didn’t really use the TV or phone, but it was nice to flip through some of the books they had, especially since several were in English.All in all, a solid place to stay if you want to be close to many of the main attractions in Paris.

Comfort in Palais Royal

This apartment is named for and close to one of our favorite spots for night walks in Paris. Located on the 5th floor of an elegant building that was formerly a hotel, it is a quiet refuge from bustling streets. With an extremely comfortable and spacious master bedroom, plus a second bedroom and 2 and a half baths, and an open floor plan dining and living room, the apartment is a modern oasis. It’s a short walk to the Louvre, or the new Pinault collection at Bourse de Commerce, and the Pyramides Metro stop is half a block down the street. A tri-level Monoprix is also just across the street, and there are two pharmacies within a few blocks where one can procure the pass sanitaire, which is the new requirement for visitors to France in our pandemic age (you can also get pre-flight testing done at these pharmacies as well). The apartment is well-suited for 2-4 people. The upside of it being located in a former hotel is that the showers are strong and well-appointed, and there are 3 elevators (although the staircase is rather elegant and easy to manage). We rented the apartment for 3 weeks, and had family with us during that time, but it never felt crowded. The apartment has every amenity: reliable high-speed internet, towel warmers in each bathroom, dishwasher, washer/dryer, espresso machine (although two were not working for us during our visit – the dryer and towel warmers, which made doing laundry a bit of a challenge). The streaming services worked in the living room but not on the television in the master, but we were mostly so busy catching up with old friends and seeing new art that we hardly noticed. As soon as we arrived, I switched on the stereo in the living room and heard the sounds of TSF Jazz coming through I felt right at home. We’ve been coming to Paris in December for many years and this apartment is one of the quietest that we’ve experienced.

Perfect apartment near the Louvre

This apartment is perfectly located - directly across the street from a grocery store and bakery, steps from a metro stop and easy walking distance to many great traditional and fusion restaurants as well as the Louvre. It is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need for an easy vacation. The owner and manager are excellent communicators. We could not ask for anything more for our week I’m Paris!

A truly fantastic flat in a great part of Paris

I travel all over the world regularly and have pretty discriminating tastes and this place was absolutely fantastic. Stayed for a week my my wife and daughter. It's located in an ideal part of Paris, a quick walk to both the Louvre and the Opera and is literally across the street from a Metro station. There is a great Monoprix grocery store (the Target of France they call it) for all your sundries. The flat itself is beautiful. Huge by any standards and very well appointed. Everything was in like-new condition and you truly felt like you were staying at a friend's flat. A posh friend with good taste. Bathrooms were huge and nice, showers amazing, master bedroom really big too. Even though it's in the center of busy Paris it was unbelievable how quiet it was inside. We opened the windows once and the outside street noise was loud. Closed the windows - nothing. We laughed out loud at how well the double-paned windows completely shut out noise. At night you seriously couldn't hear a single thing outside. Amazing. The appliances were all top-tier and the laundry worked excellent. The cable television had several english channels and the internet was reliable and really fast - 100mbit speed and the wireless covered the entire flat. The building itself is very nice and well maintained. The whole time we were there we never saw anyone else coming or going and there were many elevators so you always had instant access unless you wanted to run up the pretty majestic staircase. The owners are Aussies and fantastic with the arrangements from afar. We all agreed that having such a great flat made our trip to Paris all the more fun. I'd highly recommend staying here and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when I return.
