This is a 2 bedroom luxury private apartment located on the fabulous Avenue de l'Opéra, one of the most prestigious addresses in Paris. It was totally gutted and rebuilt recently to the highest standards with the best materials and fittings, and everything is brand new and works !! The decor is by a leading French interior decorator and offers a very warm and cozy feeling, without being pretentious. The stunning period building, formerly a luxurious palace, features an amazing grand entrance with sweeping staircase and 3 modern lifts. The Opera, Tuileries gardens, Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Madeleine are within a short walk, as well as the fabled boutiques of Faubourg Saint Honoré, the Printemps and Galeries Lafayette department stores.

The second bathroom looks over a very quiet and peaceful private courtyard. Being high up it is very bright and airy. It features a king size bed - 180cm wide, a small wardrobe and a desk/dresser.

The main bathroom is lined with stylish cream coloured natural stone and features a large bath with shower and a WC. There is also a separate small bathroom with WC. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.

In the living area there is a luxury Italian leather queen sized (1.6m wide) sofa bed, extremely comfortable to accommodate 2 additional persons. There are two large leather arm chairs, 49" flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo unit, spare DVDs and CDs, a small library. Also a stylish dining setting for 6.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with ultra modern appliances, including ceramic cook top, microwave/oven, dishwasher fridge-freezer, washer-dryer (all by Miele), a Nespresso machine, a huge granite bench top. It is a fabulous space to prepare your meals with the local produce purchased at the nearby market and food shops. The kitchen can be closed off with 2 sliding doors.

This apartment features plenty of storage space and is tastefully furnished featuring a restful colour scheme and high quality furniture and fittings. It is located on the 5th floor, so it is very light. There is also a caretaker on duty during the day and a safety code is required to access the building for extra security.
